I recently brought a car from emg, I dealt with Paul he was extremely accommodating sorting out a time for my test drive and answering all my questions. I didn't have alot of time and Paul and I believe Sam from servicing were really good at fitting me in and explaining everything, I would definitely buy from them in the future.

My partner Henry and I recently purchased our first brand new car from this dealership, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. We initially only went in for a look around, but thanks to Alex, everything quickly fell into place. He helped us pick a car that best suited our needs and at an affordable price. No pushy techniques just etiquette.
Alex provided incredible customer service throughout the entire process. He kept us regularly updated, was always approachable, and never hesitated to answer our (very excited!) calls and questions. His friendly and patient approach made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable.
What really stood out was how he worked hard to secure a great deal for us without any pressure. We genuinely felt looked after and valued as customers.
Overall, it’s been a great experience, and we couldn’t be happier with both our new car and the service we received. Highly recommend!

Car was ready to be picked up when they said it would be and I've had a phone call to see how im getting on and to see if I needed help with anything.

We bought an MGHS PHEV car from EMG - MG dealership - Ipswich.
After it's first service , a 'Service Immediately' light kept coming on.
We contacted the service department and spoke to an assistant - JJ.
He didn't know exactly what this meant so promised to contact the technical department and get back to us.
We were reluctant to use the car in case it went into limp mode or in case something was wrong with the car and we caused damage.
Two weeks later we hadn't heard anything so we re- contacted JJ who said he hadn't heard from 'technical'.
He advised that he thought the car would be fine and that we could continue to use it although he still hasn't heard from technical.
He again promised to find a solution and call us back.
He didn't call us...over the next 2 months we called the dealership another 3 times.
On each occasion we were promised call backs.they didn't happen...and on the fifth call JJ said he would chase it up urgently and call us back later that day, or at least the following day.
Guess what ? - No call back.
I then contacted his manager, Nadine who did chase up a response from technical, and two weeks later I took in my car for the software to be re-set.
Nadine was very helpful and the car now seems fine, so far.
It was just disgusting for this to take nearly 3 months to sort.
It has really put us off buying another MG and, in particular, from Ipswich MG.

They had the vehicle in I wanted to buy and when we booked an appointment for a test drive it was all positive from purchasing to handover. Alex the sales tech went above and beyond along with some of the other Team members. All queries were dealt with positively.
I would recommend this dealership and I would go back as and when I need to replace a vehicle.

I was lied to when buying a car, just like many people here. They are scammers. I bought my Mazda 6, which the seller promised was in perfect mechanical and bodywork condition. Three days after the purchase, rain washed the paint off. They initially told me to repair it at their own expense, but when I gave them a quote of £2,800, they said they would do it at their own expense. It turned out the car had been completely repainted, and there was over 2mm of filler on the structural elements (the sill). When I called, they hung up. I haven't heard anything concrete back in 10 days; they keep brushing me off. I went to them to have it looked at and still haven't heard anything concrete. When I called, I was told someone would call back, but they never did. They're busy scamming people. When you buy a car from them, they make it seem like you're buying a perfect car with no flaws, but you're buying a piece of junk. When you go to buy a car from them, get a paint sensor, and if you have any doubts, hold off on buying. I hope someone will take my advice because if I had known what I found out after 3 days, I would never have bought this crap.

Great experience from start to finish. We travelled from outside Cambridge with our kids, and everything was well prepared for our visit, which made the day much easier for us as a family.
