Efficient & Friendly Booking Process
A telephone call to Holden Norwich to arrange a three year service and MoT was dealt with efficiently & in a friendly manner by Ron Eskdale. He quickly confirmed that this was covered by the service package I had purchased previously so the costs were covered. He mentioned additional options that were available at the three year point but there was no hard sell for these. A date was arranged and this was then quickly confirmed by both email & text.

I've booked my car in again the lady was very helpful and we got car booked in for next week. From day one of dealing with them from getting the car on mobility which was superb service because they gave me several test drives and made everything so easy.
