Embrace Planning Reviews 

I had my Wills, asset trust and LPAS done last year and the trusts need to be logged with Land registry. This has still not been done and when I email to query why no one answers. I am not sure that these are legal until this is done. My husband is terminally ill now and I need to make sure everything is in order, I can see from comments that they are in liquidation but they have still answered reviews in July here, after I have tried contacting them and this is still a year after they should have been registered!

Paid over £6000 and now find out they have gone into liquidation i dont know what to do i have the wills back but been told they need to be registered can anyone give me advice please

I met their representative approx July 2023 who came to my house, she knew her stuff, but when it got to money, they wanted £4500 which she reduced to £4000 after talking to someone at the office, since departing with my hard earned cash, I rang them for help in filling in the forms they sent, they simple refused, so I filled in best way I could and returned them, they then sent the Will for me to read and correct if necessary, which it was, I returned the Will with a letter pointing out the mistakes, they then sent the final copy of the Will, but all the mistakes were still, I rang up but they refused to discuss, to this day still reads incorrect, I really do not know what £4000 is for as I still had to pay another £164 on top for the LPA forms which were also incorrect from the information they gave to them, I feel I have been completely swindled out of £4000+ by them, they just appear to want to do nothing, give no help what's so ever after they have your money. To this day my will and LPA is not sorted out yet.

Having done my research into Wills, I had some knowledge on the costs, so when I agreed to meet with a representative (Simon) I was already ahead of the game!
Simon was very friendly, as all reps should be as their bread and butter is the commission they will receive.
I asked about a few different extras and the biggest one was Trusts. Simon knew all the ins and outs but at a price of 4K. That’s 2K over the standard price!
I’m not slating this company, as they are professional, but people do your research before you hand over your money.

Embrace Planning helped my dad with his estate planning creating a Trust for him. Following his passing I needed help on some questions in regards to the Trust and understanding it in regards to my Executor role.
