From time of order I had the manual within 30 minutes. Because I am on the other side of the world in New Zealand I was amazed. The standard of the information in the manual was exactly what I needed including a fault finding process and a relevant wiring diagram. This is the second time I have used Emanual online, the first time the manual did not contain the wiring diagram I needed, they then provided a more expensive option at no additional charge.

Purchased: 1998 Johnson Evinrude 115HP 4-Cylinder Outboard OEM Service & Repair Manual
It took several emails to get it right
It took several (12) before RJ and I could resolve my issue: My MacBook was so far out of date that it lost its ability to access email. RJ eventually sent me a link I could type in and I was able to see the system requirements. My browser was not on the list of acceptable browsers but I was able to download Chrome onto the machine. I still couldn’t access the files but with Chrome I was able to download Gmail. With Gmail I forwarded the link shortcuts from my phone to the MacBook and now I see my manual and have already begun searching.

Hi I’m Samantha Richardson at first I really was having some issues downloading my manual I bought for my car. Come to find out it was the wrong one. I was just frustrating but I have to say to whoever was helping me made my experience definitely not forgettable. I am very satisfied. I’m not sure who was helping me all day but I have to say that I have never experienced someone l’ve never talked too. I want to say thank you because you really did make my experience so much better because I was ready to give up. And for some reason you was not going to let that happen. So to tell you a little bit about what I was doing I am taking out my vowel solenoid in my transmission so I have to drop my transmission pan and I really needed that diagram so I could put the bolts back in the right place because they’re so many of them and there’s a few different types. So you really did go out your way to help me and I really do appreciate you and I apologize for my words that were not very nice. I was so very wrong and I have learned something from this experience so thank you very much. I definitely will buy more manuals from y’all. Thank you.

I received a 9000 page document that needed to be converted to pdf. The conversion fee is $79 a year. No way. I already paid that much for the document I can not use. The drawings did not give instructions for sequence of repairs. Just arrows lising part names. Useless document

Hi Gordon - We’re genuinely puzzled by your comments. The manual you purchased is already in PDF format — there is no need to “convert” anything, and there is absolutely no $79 conversion fee. That claim is simply incorrect.
As my colleagues have already explained, you download and open the file in any standard PDF reader. We strongly recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is completely free, and gives you access to the bookmark navigation system built into the manual. That allows you to drill directly into the section you need, far more efficiently than a paper index. You can also use the built-in search function to instantly locate part names, torque specs, or systems within the 9,000+ pages.
This manual is an OEM Honda publication — exactly the same material used by Honda technicians worldwide. OEM manuals don’t read like step-by-step Haynes books; they are structured for professionals, with diagrams, wiring, repair sequences, and specifications exactly as Honda publishes them. That’s why they’re so comprehensive.

This type of manual is designed for professional workshops, so it comes structured with digital bookmarks and a search function rather than printed page numbers. When opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader, the bookmark panel lets you jump directly to sections like Engine → Lubrication → Torque Specifications. We shared screenshots with you by email to demonstrate how to access this content. But I assume that we haven't heard back from you, that the issue is now resolved.
