since weeks i am trying to get a correct invoice for my order. got already many automatic answer, that somebody will get in touch with me to solve the issue. nobody is calling, nobody answering the emails.

AVOID - SCAMMERS
They hide behind the fact that deliveries are 'estimations' - text me multiple mornings at 8am to say they 'missed me' while I am at home with no delivery contact. Email me asking how my delivery was for said undelivered product. Now advertising the product fro next day delivery while I have waited two weeks.
Support agent Christina is terrible at her job. Ignored my requests and closed the chat.

I have 3 orders for which I'm waiting to get my money back. I even asked the regulatory body KZP for help. Do not under any circumstance order goods from them. They also ship goods with the worst delivery company in Bulgaria - Sameday.

I bought a product under 2 years warranty, it broke after 5 months, I contacted emag many, many times, they promised a colleage was dealing with the issue and would call, months later still no contact, and emma is unavailble to chat, I feel as though I have been scammed and will never use them again despite being a loyal customer for many years

I have consistently faced issues with eMAG Bulgaria sending my orders to the wrong addresses.
This has happened multiple times, causing significant inconvenience and frustration.
Despite reaching out to customer service, the problem remains unresolved, and I am left disappointed with their lack of accountability.
I cannot recommend eMAG Bulgaria based on my experiences, as reliable delivery is essential for any online shopping experience.

eMAG are a total waste of time and extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Sent me wrong product and cost me time and money to collect from Easybox! I had to pay to see that the item was not what I ordered so returned. Now eMAG saying not their problem and I will just have to wait to maybe get my 81lv returned! They should be reported as they are just thiefs!
SCAMMERS
Those are scammers and fraudsters. Do not order from their website. There is simply no support service. If you try to contact them via phone, you will receive an auto-message and that's it. Absolutely useless. No one will help you in any way. I advise everyone to do a chargeback of the amount and find a safer website.

If I could give less than one star I would.
I cancelled an order the same day I placed it on August 27th. Half my order was refunded to the card I bought with (Revolut). The other half was not. I contacted customer care through the Emma chat bot. I was told to wait until 1 month had passed and my refunded would be issued to the card I paid with. I waited a month, no refund. I then contact customer service again, who emailed me and asked for bank details, which I gave by email, no reply and still no refund. I contacted customer service again, and was told now a month has passed since the order was cancelled emag can only issue a refund to a Bulgarian bank account. I provided my Bulgarian bank details, still no refund. I contact again, provide bank details and told it is another 2-5 working days for a refund. I am very unhappy that now I must pay transfer fees to move money from my Bulgarian account to my Revolut account because of bad advice by their customer care. I did was I was advised and asked to do by the customer care representatives, but now I will lose money transferring between bank accounts. I was offered 10 leva voucher as compensation. This is not good enough. I’m going to close my emag account as soon as I have my refund (IF I ever get my refund) and I will not shop with emag again. They have poor systems and their customer service representatives give bad advice and ghost you. Avoid this company!
Bad Support
The worst support and help center ever. I've never dealt with more incompetent people who just want to send links and to tell you to go read the policies instead of explaining it themselves. Copy paste answers all the way... Hidden information in the policies that is NOT shown on the purchase screen so you can either pay more or loose a voucher regardless of the sum. And they are not even willing to compensate you for a portion of the voucher sum.. Terrible service

emag.bg sent me an used electric toothbrush (and they put new seals on the box to mask the broken original ones). REALLY.... AN USED TOOTHBRUSH!!!

An organization that works with fraudulent companies. When paying for an electronic license, the seller sent a blocked electronic key. EMAg never responds, the main thing is to pay money. Fraudsters.

Poor customer service. They don't accept any bad reviews related to products. They put shipping dates but never deliver on time. The products sometimes are worse than same on Aliexpress

A defective product that does not match the stated description. There is no connection with them
I bought an office chair on their site. I paid for it immediately with a card. It was delivered quickly. but!!! The chair arrived torn and does not correspond to the functions stated in the description.
I wanted to leave a review with all the evidence, but it does not pass moderation, so the review is negative and there is a photo fixation of the defective product.
When moderating the review, they wrote - "Contact the information center", while no contacts are indicated, no contacts are indicated on the site either, there is nowhere to contact!
I do not recommend buying something on this site! And if you buy, then pay only after receiving the goods!
Scammers
Their review system is a scam. They refused to publish all the negative reviews I've submitted so far. Don't trust the reviews on their website; it's a scam.
They're also trying to weasel out of refunding for counterfeit items but eventually refunding. So far, I've bought two counterfeit items and they refused to return the second one.
