One of the worst customer support &…

One of the worst customer support & user experience I've had!! I cancelled an order since it was pending for 9 days without an update. Once I cancelled it, I got a message that the cancellation request is being processed. 4 days later, they still sent me the product that I no longer needed!! After I contacted Customer Support, I had to battle the chatbot for 10 minutes before I could get through to an agent. The agent was as useful as the chatbot.

Pray to god you don't have to deal with their customer service...

My experience with eMAG is nothing short of terrible.
I believe sellers on their marketplace are not verified , you are not allowed to leave negative reviews , response time is long via email .Products are often fake . I deleted my account permanently and will never ever shop from their platform.

Beware the third- party scammers and SameDay couriers!!!

Don’t buy anything from the third party “eMag marketplace” traders - eMag fails at controlling them and allows scammers on the platform.

If you can - avoid SameDay delivery company at all costs!!!

Shame on eMag for allowing scam and low quality products and using a completely incompetent delivery service!

Emag: From Trusted Store to Full-Blown Scam Factory

After spending thousands over the years with this company and once being a happy customer, things have gone downhill so badly that I feel compelled to warn others: stay far away from any Emag store. The site now lets shady, unreliable sellers operate freely on their platform, and their so-called “seller checks” are such a joke it honestly feels like they’re in on the scam.

Here’s what happened: I ordered and paid for an item. It’s been over two weeks since it was supposedly shipped, and I’ve received nothing. I contacted their support multiple times, and every single time they lied—claiming they’d “reach out to the seller and get back to me,” which never happened. The only “solution” they offered was to cancel my order. After wasting this much time, that’s insulting. Then, as if to mock me, they threw me a 10 BGN voucher that expires in a month. What a pathetic gesture.

Emag, why not just send it to me in cash so I can use it for toilet paper and mail it back to you? That’s about the level of respect you’ve shown to a loyal customer who’s spent thousands with you. Emag is a shadow of what it used to be. You might as well fire your entire live chat support team—they’re just template-spouting robots. Honestly, you could replace them all with your AI assistant and get the exact same useless, inflexible, zero-transparency “service” you’re providing now.

eMAG.bg knowingly allows 3rd-party scams and deletes negative reviews to protect them

eMAG.bg is actively enabling scams on their platform. This is not just carelessness — this is systematic support of fraudulent sellers.

I’ve now been scammed twice through their marketplace.
• A few months ago, I ordered a genuine EcoFlow cable, and they sent me a cheap no-brand Chinese knockoff.
• Now I ordered an Apple Pencil Pro that turned out to be a counterfeit with fake internals and a glowing LED ring — something Apple has never manufactured.

eMAG deleted my negative review of the fake Apple Pencil, effectively protecting the scammer and exposing more customers to fraud. When a company silences real customer warnings and keeps fraudulent listings online, they are no longer a bystander — they are complicit.

These are not isolated mistakes. It’s clear eMAG.bg:
• Allows shady 3rd-party sellers to operate unchecked.
• Does not verify the authenticity of tech products.
• Deletes reviews that expose scams to keep sales going.

The price of the fake Pencil was only slightly below retail, making it a deliberate trap. This isn’t just about getting a fake product — it’s about eMAG building a marketplace that protects scammers and silences the victims.

Do not trust eMAG.bg. You are gambling every time you place an order with a 3rd-party seller — and eMAG is on the scammer’s side, not yours.

They stole my money

I order two products, they delivered one and then when I tried to contact and ask for the second one there was no response. Non existing support, you can not return false product

They Put me to AI. Managed to speak to a real man who admited the problem and promissed to assist.
Never heard again from her......
Tried to contact them again, to no avail. This site terned into a serious scam in tems of no guarantee on the products they sale.... Stay away or you will be very sorry...

There is never anyone to speak to by phone. They say item delivered my Emag where in fact the seller determines to carrier, “ I was told”; Same-day carrier company are rubbish. They told me it will be delivered in 2 or 3 hours, the called and refused to come to the house, and there in the Village centre, we ended up saying we would go the village centre, and he was no-where, we tried to call the driver a number of times no answer. Next we know, it been returned to Sofia. Same day Comp does no answer any calls. I ordered a new one and now The carrier company and Emag blame me for the mess, by not giving the opting for delivery, auto set to a pick up point 30 klms away 6 days later. So it’s as though I am being punished, for their screw-up. They act very badly I am sanctioned for it.

Totally the worst place to do shopping

I bought Fairywill Sonic, FW-507 this product from them. The picture of the product was showing that there would be 2 normal head and 1 interdental head. They sent me 3 normal head without interdental head. I wanted to return it back and they refused it they said that because I had already opened it. That is totally scam. You sent me the product with the wrong heads and accused me to open it. How may I know that the product is correct without open it.

Ok I can get it but another biggest problem is I can not publish my review telling the truth about the product. I have been shopping for 2 years and I am now understand that they publish only reviews that they like. If you want to read honest reviews definetely do not shop from there.

Time wasters

I ordered a washable filter for a Bosch gen 2 serie4, in the description there was 5 pictures, 4 were correct 1 was wrong. Guess which one was sent to me. Unable to email, just get requests asking how pleased I am with the service. I will not use this company again and will make sure I warn as many people as I can not to waste their money and time.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in any country - oh, wait! There is no customer service! They have a stupid chatbot and that's it!

Orders are seldom delivered anywhere near the estimated delivery date, and they only do that if you buy Cash on Delivery. If you pay by card, there is no way you will get your order delivered on the estimated delivery date.

eMAG are a bunch of crooks. Several orders cancelled with no phone call to advise me. Money and vouchers taken and NOT refunded.
They have taken 30lv from my bank account for a Genius card which I would never order as they are such an unprofessional company!
Numerous phone calls and emails, chat messages and never a response. Now I will report to the Consumer Affairs in Bulgaria and everyone should do the same. All eMAG do id steal your money!

DO NOT DO IT

I've ordered item and paid it with card, however the order was cancelled by emag with no explanation. The customer support told me to order the same item again. I did it and it arrived however the package was with heavy transport damage witch is unacceptable! Still waiting for my money for the first order! They also do not let you review products on the site and they stay at waiting for approval if you write anything negative!
