Items ordered, took ages to arrive. These were not fit for the purpose and not as advertised. When I complained was told they would give a 20% refund and a gift voucher. I asked to return the goods and for a forwarding address. No response. I also note that on their website, they state they have a five-star Trustpilot rating. This doesn't appear to be the case.

I ordered a cream labeled Elycura on the container, I received a cream labelled South Moon. It took 20 days to receive the product as they are using the scam of a delivery company called Yodel. Ultimately I had to go to the Yodel depot to collect and had to pay £18 for a taxi. This Elycura company is a real SCAM! They advertise a product and deliveres a wrong product!

Terrible experience after using gum repair gel for few days. Followed instructions given on box no leaflet enclosed after 4 days felt terrible feeling dizzy and violent headache. Stopped using and took 3 days to feel ok

gum gel for receding gums it was £30 and took ages to arrive by then I had spoken to Dentist and read Trustpilot reviews so tried to cancel before it arrived no joy no one listening it arrived pack still unopened and I have requested to return and get full refund they offered 10% discount then 20% then 40% we are now at 60% discount I told them I want full refund no response for past7 days even though I have e.mailed every day !

Glasses are a scam, don't work for long, short, or computer vision, asked for my money back, and got fobbed off with discounts, vouchers, anything but give me my money back. They have now blocked my email address

Another Internet "Snake Oil" mens product.
Does arrive well packaged, well presented & looks very professional. However tried it 3 times & every time had to rush & wash off with cold water. Burnt the ol'Ducks Nuts & Mort Dock to the extent that Cold water blast was needed. For lovers heat & pain, maybe I just got the batch with more Chillies? in it than normal or my Mort Dock is far tooooo sensitive.
Tip:- Do not use Luke Warm or Hot water to wash off, it just opens pores up for Chillies? to sleep in through skin.

I would give it zero if I could. After emailing saying I wasn't satisfied with the product, they emailed saying you need to take longer and make sure you are following instructions. I did all that emailed again saying nothing was working, they offered me a discount which I declined saying I would not be purchasing anything again. I have emailed them a few times total silence.
So stay away from this company. They do not give refunds.

THIS company is a scam. I placed an order for a bladder control cream at the price of £29.95 on the 26th of January 2026. To this date I have received nothing , All I get is messages from supposedly from Yodel on the 3rd,4th and 5th of this month each time saying :out for delivery:. To this day we wait to no avail.

Ordered patches over 2 weeks ago and still waiting .Emailed and they are blaming Yodel for non delivery have received items from abroad quicker !!
Poor service avoid using this company at all costs .

My order wasn't delivered, when I asked them to look into it, they said they would but I heard nothing again and now they don't answer my emails

Awful experience glasses no good return address on package is false scam trying to get full refund getting no where will try charge back. Very very bad company totally . DO NOT USE

I ordered 2 boxes of patches and after 2nd use i got a red tender patch around my navel area. I emailed and they said I could not return as opened box but I said you had a 20 day money back guarantee. I had to go see a doctor because the area was so tender they advised to stop using. Im still waiting on a 40% refund with no response.DO NOT ORDER FROM ELYCURA UTS A SCAM

Bought a pair of auto glasses which did not work as advertised. requested a refund but Elycura did nothing but stalled and tried to palm me off with stupid offers of 20% on future purchases!
Advise everyone to avoid this site at all costs!!!

12 days delivery from LONDON. I have,packages delivered from CHINA quicker. Now for the glasses. Complete and utter waste of money. Blurred vision for both short and long distences. Please do not waste your money. Trying to get a refund under the 30 day guarantee is going to be fun. Don't hold out any hope.
Order number JJD0002234275015007. Well contact made by company. Asked for date if purchase,tracking number and my address. Sent this 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. Oh well right it off as being scammed. STAY WELL CLEAR. UPDATE Well it's the 16th February, information they requested supplied. STILL WAITING FOR MY FULL REFUND AS PROMISED IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENT.

Hello!Today I pay £36.99 for skin tag remove medicine .I check my bank app show me pending transaction £36.99 I not get email verification for payment. I check my order in SHOP not see. I write 4 emails in hNobody don't reply me.Scam company horrible customer service. Next week I will going to my bank and ask for money refund.

I ordered Healing Salve cream. I am so disappointed with this product. I’ve paid £25 for a tiny tub of cream that isn’t even fully filled. The packaging is cheap and tatty looking . I found out after ordering that said cream is £7 on Amazon.
I wouldn’t recommend this cream or the company, stay well clear and save your money.

No contact with them regarding where delivery was, even though eventually received my items, after 101 messages etc, would never buy from them again, very much false selling 😡
