i would do a no star but couldn't paid nearly £50 for gentle wellness patches 3 packs as cheaper. doesn't work tried to contact them to return 2 packs. just kept getting messages back saying discount and part refund i just wanted to return. did on paypal thought i would be covered by this but paypal has come back saying they have goe with Elycura as I didn't respond which I did to every message I had. not happy with paypal won't be using them again. order in February took a couple of weeks to come dispute only finished yesterday

The glasses that are supposed to change focus automatically are a scam. They are just plain reading glasses of one prescription which if it isn't yours just makes everything blurred

Didn't even want to give any stars. Don't buy from this company. It's impossible to return any product despite the statement that the product is guaranteed for 30 days. I also suffered an allergic reaction and this is also covered by their guarantee. I keep getting emails saying they will offer me a partial refund and a discount for my next order. I just want to return my order and will never order from this company again

This item never arrived . I await a refund . Delivery by EVRI non exisitant.

Stupidly I ordered a product from this Company believing it to be the genuine article. Only when it arrived several weeks after I placed the order (didn't know it was being shipped from China) did I realise that it's the same product as advertised by another Company though mine was decidedly more expensive. Do not do business with Elycura. 21/5/26 I have since received an email from Elycura via Trust Pilot asking me to elaborate on my review otherwise it will be taken down. Haha - even if my review is removed there are dozens and dozens on here all giving them negative feedback.

It's called Elycula Man Enhancement Spray. I have several names for it now and not one is publishable here.
This spray is dangerous!!!!
After receiving it I applied it to my penis.
I had this awful burning sensation within seconds of applying it.
I had to spend 10mins at the bathroom basin washing it with soap and water.
The website states "Over 14,000 verified customers", On Trustpilot !! I fail to see how.
I ordered 2 x Spray bottles hoping to have a nice holiday in Thailand. Instead I spend the first few days having to use a cream to sooth the sensation left by the spray.
Please DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT !!They supplied an email address to sent correspondence, it's a invalid address. So I can't ask for a refund as they suggest after 14days.

Not recieved creams which l paid £47.19 for on the 1st feb 26 still not arrived( money taken 2 feb from my account,hsbcl still have not had my money returned and it is now 19th march .this is a disgrace .the company should not be allowed to advertise faulsley and take monet

After a long delay item arrived well packaged however I wanted to return as not confident of item working. Asked to refund and they said couldn’t as used o explained noticed still sellable and in wrapper. . Offered me ten percent refund but again asked for full amount £39 pounds . Then offered me 15 percent off another purchase. Def don’t want anything else def dodgy firm I will continue to ask for a full refund and report them under ccaDobf deal with them!!!

I waited approximately twelve days for these glasses to arrive, they were packed in a bubble wrap envelope & in very cheap flimsy plastic cases, trying them on I realised I had been conned , they were useless, just blurred vision . I then contacted Elycura for a 100% refund which is what they had advertised on Facebook if not completely satisfied, I soon found out that was a lie ! They kept offering me refunds of various amounts finally offering 75% refund & keep the glasses they had no intention of paying the full refund , they did say if they offered 100% I would have to return the at my own expense. When I kept contacting them saying I wanted the full refund their emails suddenly stopped & they now refuse to reply.

Keep well clear of all these products they give a burning sensation and are dangerous to use I had to immediately wash off due to the burning sensation. This is a scam stay well clear of these products for your own safety...

Recently bought some glasses that were meant to adjust to my eyesight, having received them I couldn't read through them
Emailed them to advise this and they offered me 20 percent back of my £40!!?
Emailed again saying I want 100 percent back for obvious reasons and 4 days later no reply and NOT expecting one!!
Avoid this company!

I bought 2 of the gum gel
Opened one
Used twice
I felt really poorly
Bad head dizzy sick
I informed these people
Offered me a part refund
Even tho one wasn’t used
I have had no reply on my last email
I think this company is one big scam

Wouid give no stars if I could! Purchased some serum from them! Decided against using it! Have tried to contact them to send back, unopened! They just ignoring all my emails! Absolute tossers!!!!!!

ELYCURA GLASSES do not do as advertised at all, just make everthing blurred, come with no instructions at all, definatly nothing like the hype on the video adverts, extremely cheaply made materials used.
Sent via Evri couriers, in a flimsy plastic glass case, placed in a cheap bubble wrap envelope. Would not reccomend anyone wasting their money on them.

Glasses didn't work. Blurred vision, made me feel dizzy after 2 minutes. The refund policy effectively means you pay them to provide a refund you should get for faulty product, they make you pay shipping to return it plus they take 15% for the privilege. They are cheapskate scam merchants.

The retinol cream I bought is not like described. A very small container with dubious content. Poorly presented and the writing on box hard to read. Not sure I am going to use it as not confident of quality.

Product advertised is not what I received.
When I used it it’s just water.
This is a scam and should be taken off the website.

Avoid buying!!! Sent me the wrong item, claiming what they sent me does the same job. Was not informed about it.Product looked identical to the Daily lip care serum I’d ordered, sent me lip plumping oil instead. I did not notice the change of product because of this. Had an allergic reaction to the product causing a burning and numbness sensation to my lips. Ely Cura will not refund me despite their 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Had numerous email correspondence offering 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% & now 50% partial refund of £24.99. I have seen the product they sent me for £9.99 on eBay😡 They are refusing to send me a full refund, refuse to send me the correct product I ordered. Now they are not responding to my last email dated 4th Feb and 11th Feb.
I would recommend not buying anything from this company, poor customer satisfaction.
