DO NOT BOOK AT THIS WEBSITE
Booked hotel in Antalya, when we arrived we had no booking.
Tried to call customer support, got auto routed to a so called agent but then got back to main menu.

Total scam, never had that experience with Booking.com

Booked hotel 6 months ago and when…

Booked hotel 6 months ago and when arrived at hotel on booking date reception staff at hotel said we have not received your booking and you have to pay. Called several times on 24 hours help desk and just voice message that send email. Advertised on website that 24 hours coustomer support. Never ever again will book through elvoline.com

SCAM. Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't book with them.
They take money but don't forward this to the hotels.
I've booked a room in London in January 2019 for stay in July 2019. Called the hotel a day before the stay as wanted to check check in times, only to find out that there is no room for me!!!!!!!
I'm now trying to get the money back though credit card company.
It's impossible to call them as theirs phone system with UK number goes in the loop so you're not able to talk to anyone!!!!!!
I've tried calling for few hours.... nothing!!!!!
DON'T USE THEM!!!!!!

Good but lack of visibility about room…

Good but lack of visibility about which room we had booked and description of where which may have been the hotel’s fault. We ended up paying an extra 20 euros a night for the room we wanted as we wanted to be in the hotel rather than an unfinished building over the road. May be the hotel’s issue though as otherwise booking was smooth and efficient.

ELVOLINE is a cheater

ELVOLINE is a cheater, impersonating a bona fide seller. 01/21/2019 I paid for a standard double room in the Turkish hotel Blauhimmel (now renamed the Istanbul Beach Hotel). Reservation number: 76-6534627. But this deceiver ELVOLINE did not even think to transfer money to the hotel for me. In this connection, on arrival at the hotel I was not accommodated in it. My vacation was hopelessly spoiled by the efforts of ELVOLINE. Besides all this, ELVOLINE keeps silence on my multiple letters demanding to return my money back, apparently hoping to keep silent. Let them know that I will not rest until I return my money to the card, which they lured in fraudulently.
