Pillow Review
Hello, I was hoping the pillow I offered would be bit higher and offer more support but I find it difficult to sleep in. It's better than my old pillow which didn't have a neck insert to rest and align my cervical spine while sleeping so I wonder if I can change it.

I had high hopes for this pillow
I had high hopes for this pillow. Unfortunately I had the worst night sleep on the first night I used it. I woke up in the middle of the night with severe neck pain. It didn’t feel supportive when I used it and I will not be keeping this one.

Consumer review for cloud pillow.
I had neck pain after using the cloud pillow. I would not recommend this cloud pillow. They would improve if they have good customer sservice and a better return policy.

I ordered this pillow in December 2022, and I still have not received it. I have called USPS several times and emailed the company several times. I have gotten nothing but a run-around. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Returns are a hassel
I read all of the good reviews and was really excited to get my pillow. However, I found the overnight support did not hold up well for me. Once I read the terms of the return, I was disappointed again. Don't want to deal with the hassel of the return policy.
