Do not buy from this company.
Its such a shame as Ella comes across as such a nice person . I ordered Jeans with embellishment and a body suit. The Jeans turned up with embellishment missing. I contacted customer service and they said that’s just how they are. I sent them back at my expense but kept the body suit after wearing it twice the stitching was coming away they refused to
Exchange or refund. I contacted my bank and they refunded me but they are contesting it. I will never buy again from here as if anything goes wrong they won’t help you

Do not buy from this site. The garments I received were cheap reproductions. The look nothing like the photographs. No care labels attached or inside the dresses. It is impossible to get any renumeration and they want you to send them back to China.
I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. So disappointed.

Awful quality leggings ripped as soon as I sat down and the M/L cropped top was more like an xs. Never buying from here again. Probably cheaper on Shein.

I purchased from this store and was mis sold completely. They sell lucky dips but fail to advertise the true value of the goods being provided - i found the items i was sent were well under the value promised and on some goods the value of what i was sent i could have bought outright from the site for less!!! I tried to contact them to resolve but they replied about things i wasnt even asking. People complained on instagram posts which they have now deleted. I have reported this to my bank. They wont allow you to return the goods either.

Ordered a size large - 12/14 as advertised and the jeans clearly state 12 on the label. Jeans advertised as super stretch and shown on average size women, but jeans have very little stretch and a tiny waist, smaller than your average size 12. Definitely not 12-14.

Contacted them for a refund and asked to have returns label paid for as I have spent £9 on postage and return! Sent a generic email back - terrible customer service.

Shame as this is a woman who has set up a business on her own and is clearly making a lot of money from it, however, in unethical ways! How disappointing!

Go to your local market and support their business and buy their clothes, as this is clearly where she is getting her stock from.

The clothes are awfully made, thr lucky dips are a rip off, wouldnt even waste your money

I’m quite disappointed with this company I used to buy from her years ago and the quality was always pretty good I had no complaints. However, recently twice I have ordered lucky dips and both times were given items that were not on the rail behind her from the live. This time round I recieved leggings in my £10 dip and the brown lounge set that everyone else seems to be receiving in my other dip and the quality does not seem great with the loungeset, however this isn’t the main issue I have with them. They had sent the wrong size for the leggings so the zip lock bag the item came in said the correct size M/L however the size printed on the leggings was not the same size these were size xs. I sent an email and was replied to quite quickly in all fairness, however they accused me of being a liar saying the leggings do not have the size printed onto them even after me sending them a photo of them with their packaging in the background as I had literally just opened this parcel. They then asked was I sure they came from their company as apparently the sizes aren’t printed on the inside of their leggings bearing in mind I had just opened this parcel out of there packaging so they clearly do not know what there own products look like on the inside after multiple emails they have agreed to send me a new pair in the correct size I am yet to recieve these. Overall Customer service was not great, I felt they were accusing me of lying and it was my word against there’s about the leggings coming from there company. it was made clear they did not want to send me another pair in the correct size. I’m just glad they eventually sided with me and said they will send a new pair out. However, I am yet to receive them, after reading the reviews I don’t think they’re going to be that great material wise which is disappointing I’m giving 2 stars in hope they send me the new pair however it was quite insulting to be made out to be a lair when they clearly aren’t aware of what the products look like that they are selling. The overall experience was poor and I won’t be purchasing from her again which is a shame as on lives she seems so genuine and the products look great. I’m not sure weather it’s her or someone else who sorts out customer complaints but they were not very professional whoever it was and that is what has put me off most from ordering again.

The quality on the clothes are awful I don’t know if I should be complaining to you or shein . I got the brown co-ord set that was see through very thin material didn’t come with tags . I also got leggings in the mystery dip that could fit a child and they also wasn’t on rail of clothes to be sent out . The material on them was falling apart . I’m extremely disappointed I’ve tried emailing but no reply .

Mixed feelings. Some things I have bought have been great such as the stretchy jeans they fit perfect and are the nicest fitting jeans I have bought. However a lot of the products are cheap and become faulty after wearing for a short space of time. Lucky dips are also a classic debate subject here, buying £10 lucky dips where you get told “eveything included is on the rail” yet you get sent things that are not on the rail and sometimes are not even on the website. You have to pay for delivery so end up spending £13.99 on a see through top. You also have to pay £3.99 delivery and an additional £3.99 for returns.

If I could rate this shop a zero I would. I ordered the autumn lucky dip, the products were supposed to be ranging from £20-45 which is what was advertised in the description.

I paid £13.99 for a lucky dip and first of all what she claimed is a M/L equivalent to a size 12-16 is lies, I received some cheap tatty looking short sleeve T-shirt, you could tell just by the quality, the label and poor sizing that this was clearly something cheap she’d bought off a Ali express.

I’m so disappointed I spent my money on something I could have easily bought for £1 if I went to primark or went on SHEIN and even then it would be better quality.

I will never shop from here again and will definitely be warning everyone else not to shop here aswell ⚠️

How awful when everyone is struggling financially to hype up around the lucky dip events that your getting one of the best of the rail in your lucky dip costing £10 and your item will be worth £25-£45. I got a a basic as described on her website lounge set , so her own words , I searched it on a well known app and it was £10 the exact same one , this woman could sell ice to an Eskimo. A great gift to have but not of your scamming people. Especially when people Including myself rely on money saving opportunities and think they are getting and bargain but most of all when they rely on online shopping due to personal reasons and they struggle to get out to actually go into a shop to buy clothes. It’s very sad as she seemed so genuine on her live and made you feel excited you was winning the lottery in clothing on a £10 lucky dip costing more so saving you. But it’s a scam and very sad like I said she seemed so genuine she was help g you and giving you happiness. I’ve tried contacting her and had no reply. She’s not even looked at my messages. I just feel upset in trusting ellsbelles boutique but live and learn. I hope she stops this lucky dip SHOW and has success in her business

She needs reporting to trading standards! Selling clothes items so below standard ! Making a fortune on lucky dips to send customers shein bulk buy items with no labels and terrible sizing! The raffles she did on TT is against the law you need a gambling licence to sell tickets and makes thousands of pounds! Don’t waste your hard earned money ! Customer service is non existent

Iv had better quality of SHIEN!
The prices for the quality of these items are criminal. I have seen over 20+ TikTok posts with customers receiving the EXACT SAME Lucky dip when she advertised jackets and tracksuits when almost all received leggings and a brown lounge wear set. She made quick money and selling off items that was not selling. I used to shop from her when she first started TikTok and it’s gone down hill.

Ordered 3 of the lucky dips and received the worst crap. 2 of which was not even on the rail. The other was a short sleeved lounge set which is see through and 1000% not for autumn or winter. Her quality of clothing has gotten worse. I used to order a lot from her but will never order again. Absolute tat and high prices, get better quality off shein

I’ve had some orders from Ellie, and after say please please please don’t be drawn in by her bubbly happy innocent charm as she is far from it . You watch her packing orders showing lucky dip jackets full trouser sets …. What a crock ….. I’ve had sweaters oversized, no labels , not even tho gs on her website including a bottle of perfume , the clothes look like discount bargain ends , sizing is stupid , these are one size fits all , you get better quality at shein , Temu and primark …. And they have better customer service .

My last order was sent but I’m now in dispute with post office as parcel was left , but who Evers taken it…….. if you did receive a jacket or jeans well good luck !!!!!

Lucky dip avoid!

I know you take a chance on a lucky dip but what arrived was cheap quality and not even worth the £10 each! ….. and surprise surprise I received non of the items showcased on the live! (They were probably hidden on the rail!

Lesson learnt!

If I could give a zero for this company I would I bought 6 lucky dips and 2 if the scruffy items that was sent definitely wernt on the rail they sent a jacket it was terrible it absolutely stunk guys avoid this company the stuff is shocking

Unbelievably disappointed with my first order.
I received leggings that would fit a toddler and a trouser and Tshirt set that’s so see through, they’d only be suitable as pyjamas! They were meant to be for Christmas gifts for my adult daughter.
Goodness knows where this lady gets her stock from, but it’s low quality at expensive prices.
