BaseUS is a big SCAM

BaseUS is a big SCAM! Do not ever order from these people. They are liars and a scam. I ordered 2 items from them in May 2025 and less than 30mins after, I asked to cancel one of the items and requested for a refund. Till now, both the refund and the 2nd items never got delivered. I emailed repeatedly and they kept giving excuses that it will reflect in 19 business days or so. I never got my refund, neither did I receive the other item in the order. They stopped answering my emails and their number never went through for once.
I ordered through PayPal and when I reported, PayPal didnt help matters too...they asked me to wait 6months and after I did, I was redirected to the same scammers.

If you buy from them, it is at your own risk!!!

Fraud and fake

Item ordered on October 2025. First week of December 2025 still hasn’t received so I contacted company. They claimed item was sitting in customs. I asked for tracking information, which was false. I contacted them again, they asked me to wait a few days because the item had been shipped. Again, asked for updated tracking. This time it showed item was in NJ, since Nov 6th. This went on week after week. Then they stated item was apparently lost and they would resend item. Each time I asked for a refund and keep saying item was in route after saying it was lost. As of December 28, 2025. I still have not received item nor refund.

Beware

Beware! Don’t spend a dime here! Items are not as pictured and come from china. When asked for a refund they offered me 10% from a 65.00 order…look somewhere else. Been waiting for my refund over a month now! Still no refund!

I ordered three items

I ordered three items, but only received one. Then, I received a package containing something I didn’t order. I have sent over 40 emails and pictures regarding this issue. They promised a refund, but I have not received it yet. This has been going on since January, and they keep saying that the refund takes time. It’s almost November now.

I have ordered on three occasions

I have ordered on three occasions; that last two orders were within 3 days one another; when shipped, I only received some of the second order and the items were not as described or picture. They were not good quality. I never received the remaining items in the second order. I did not receive any of the items in the third order; it has been over 57 days. I requested a refund for the items in the last two orders that did not ship. The seller emailed and stated the items were no longer available even though they debited my card almost 2 months ago. I have asked for a refund over and over and they continue to send a reply email stating that they are sorry for the inconvenience and will give me another item at a 30% discount.

This is a scam. The clothing is not good quality and I do not want another item. Do not order from this seller. You will not get quality clothing or good customer service. They intend to keep your money even if you are not satisfied or they are unable to fulfill the order.

I wish I could rate this business a…

I wish I could rate this business a NEGATIVE ZERO! I ordered three items on 8/15/2025- STILL NOTHING. I reached out to them and they stated my purchases are "being prepped for shipping". A week later, I still had not received my items, but received a message stating one of my purchases was sold out and they wanted me to choose another item; I did. As of today, 9/3- NO CLOTHING. I sent a message a few days ago, and they stated "they are prioritizing my orders- I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "BUSINES" THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!

If I could give a negative 1,000 rating…

If I could give a negative 1,000 rating I would. I ordered 3 items only got one of the 3 items. This lying company told my bank that I could get a refund but never followed through with giving a refund. I reached back out to this company to find out that I have been blocked/denied access from their website or any communication. I have been trying to get a refund since June of 2025 when I placed my online order.

I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS AND KNOW ALL THE TRICKS TO KEEPING THEIR MERCHANDISE AND THE CUSTOMER’S HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

I ordered clothes got no clothes or refund

In earlyjune I ordered a two piece out fit after a month went by and I didn’t receive it I emailed them to see what the problem was they emailed me back to tell me they no longer had what I ordered available. They never contacted me to let me know anything I guess the was just gone keep my money. Well I requested a refund almost 3 months ago and still nothing. This is just bad business never again

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! I ordered 4 items June 26, 2025. They made no attempt to notify me that 3 of the items were out of stock. I found this out after sending the company an email July 25 to check the status of my order. They said they would refund me soon. They stopped responding to my emails when I asked what date would the refund will be processed. I will be contacting my credit card company to open a dispute.

I ordered six items early May 2025

I ordered six items early May 2025. Three were received in different shipments. I was told the other three were sold out. I asked for a refund for unavailable items in June 2025. The response was they were would refund me immediately. It is now July 2025 and still no refund. I had to report them to the complaint department of my credit card. There is now an investigation…

A complete scam

A complete scam. I never received my order. I paid for expedited shipping, and the order was not expedited. I was told by customer service to be patient when I asked about timing. The tracking is a joke and inaccurate. I think it says delivered on 7/3, but I don’t have any of my items on 7/12. Trying to get a refund, but I’m not hopeful. Scammers!

I've previously ordered from this…

I've previously ordered from this company and had no problem however, this time, I ordered 2 items and got a confirmation stating that 1 item was shipped and the other one was on back order. I never received the 1st item but the 2nd one came. The problem is there customer service has yet to get back to me in regards to my order and there Website states that they would get back within business day and I've not heard a word from them and I really want my shorts that I ordered. That's why I gave the low rating.

The worst

Wish i could give them a -1 rating. The worst experience ever!!! Purchased 2 pair of shorts on 5/14/25 and paid the additional expedited shipping fee. Items were not delivered until 6/24/25! Had to file a formal PayPal complaint to even get the retailer to ship my items.

When I received the items, although cute - sizes were totally off and I could not fit them! I contacted the retailer to see how this could be made right and was told 1) pay to send items back to China for a full refund ONCE the items were revived by they warehouse in China 2) keep the items, receive a 10% refund and a 15% discount code for purchase with them again. When I paid $70+ for the items, it was a total slap on the face to only receive 10% of a refund. I can't resale these items to recoup any of what I spend. And BaseUsClothing could care less. Take this aa warning... DON'T NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! DESPITE how cute items look, you will be disappointed and they do not strive for customers satisfaction. They essentially lie and done abide by their own shopping policies and the rob you of your money when refund is requested. THEY ARE THE WORST!!
