It's a brand I can trust that they will deliver high quality products. Discounts are often super generous and the delivery process took a very short time.
Excellent Customer Service. Works better on call compared to online chat. The product is beautiful too but had a strange design error which we managed to fix somehow.

Bad communication with the company when…
Bad communication with the company when I tried to make a claim. They didnt give me any satisfactory solution and they started by not answering my claim at all. Unfortunately I bought a soffa from you before the problems arise. I will never purchase from you again. I hate companies that are not trustworthy. I bought with my best intentions and I didnt received the best intentions back.

It was impossible to change my address…
It was impossible to change my address on the website so I called Ellos. They could't change it eather untill "Folkbokföringen" had registered my new adreess. When that was done I called them again but now they said that they couldn't help me untill the package was delivered to Post Nord. When that was done I called them again and they confirmed that the new adress was sent to Post Nord. But the package was still delivered to my old address because Ellos needed 48 hours to send the new adress......

The requirement that address changes must first be registered with the Swedish Population Register (Folkbokföringen) is a security measure we follow to protect our customers’ information. Unfortunately, this can sometimes cause a delay, especially if a package is already in transit when the change is made. That said, we recognize that the communication regarding timeframes and our internal routines could have been much clearer in your case – and we take that feedback seriously.

Difficuly size guide
My swedish language is very bad so sorry if i speak english….i find Ellos having a very good organisation as far as orders and returns ect….Ellos on the phone very kind and professional….the only problem I found is on the size guides that never at least in my case corresponds to my need so I have to send back the goods very often.
The quality of the goods has been very poor
after the first wash..,but I still stay with Ellos…Thank you🌹
