It's a brand I can trust that they will deliver high quality products. Discounts are often super generous and the delivery process took a very short time.
Excellent Customer Service. Works better on call compared to online chat. The product is beautiful too but had a strange design error which we managed to fix somehow.

Good collection
Proucts are good. But return policy is not that good. Return cost is too high. Other companies are also having return cost but it's very less like 15 kr . Here it's 50 kr which is quite on higher side and that to be per order return cost need to be paid.

Low quality of baby clothes
I didn't really like the quality of baby clothes, although I really liked some models. The clothes were worn very little, I washed them only 2-3 times, and holes already appeared... I don't think I will be ordering baby clothes at Ellos in the future.
