The service from Ellis Home Interiors was exceptional. The chairs I ordered were showing up to 8 week’s delivery on other sites but Ellis were able to deliver them within a week. The quality is fantastic and the chairs were packed with extreme care ensuring they were not damaged in transit. I cannot recommend this company highly enough

Lovely piece of furniture, very well packaged and delivered promptly.

I have to say, I was very impressed with the clock that I received. It also arrived much much earlier than I anticipated. It’s taking a pride of place in our master bedroom.

Delivered son after placing our order, they rang us the day before to let us know they were delivering our table the following day and a time they were coming, 15 minutes before delivery they rang again, two great delivery lads nothing was too much trouble, great service again, great quality, it is the this is item of furniture we have purchased from Ellis home, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I was a bit concerned when I ordered my rug which was much cheaper than a well known chain of stores
but it arrived promptly and in excellent condition

Ordered two bedside tables and requested quick delivery if it was possible. Nothing too much trouble and items arrived sooner than initially planned. Good old fashioned customer service

Excellent company to purchase from. I bought two dining chairs online, but when we received them, they were not quite the same as what we had. The chairs were well made and of good quality. There was no fault of Ellis Home Interiors, the fault was ours. Contacted Mitch at the company and he couldn't be more helpful. We took the chairs back to the showroom, and he recredited my account there and then. No quibble at all. The returns experience is a true test of the quality and ethos of a company, and Ellis Home Interiors were superb. Recommend purchasing from them.

The chairs were as described, easy to assemble and, although small, are comfortable. Delivery was made within 8 days of order, well within the delivery window quoted.

We initially tried to purchase a set of two side tables from Furniture Village but the poor quality of assistance/general rudeness that we received in the Sheffield store made us walk out with purchasing and boy am I glad! We got home and started to search the images of the tables that we had tried to buy and Google landed us on Ellis Home Interiors where the EXACT same table was over £120 cheaper than Furniture Village and to top it off, they delivered much quicker than Furniture Village could as well. Well recommended!
