I had a great experience from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate, the ordering process was seamless, and delivery was incredibly fast. The mother-daughter bracelet I received is absolutely beautiful—delicate, meaningful, and even better than expected. I’m really pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

Purchased a gold ring for my daughter plus a bracelet for my granddaughter. They both arrived promptly in the mail. I was extremely happy with both purchases, they were just exquisite. My daughter was very happy, and my granddaughter was so excited, she vowed to never take it off! Thank you.

I am terminally ill and totally gave Ellie Grace a hard time due to not being computer savvy and also I messed orders up. I cannot believe how lovely the jewellery is and have bought several items to be given to loved ones. They are extremely quick, helpful, and have an amazing amount of patience as I sent many emails to them asking for help and they truly are the best on-line place to buy meaningful gifts as I researched many for quality, wording, and being a pensioner price also was a factor. Delivery was very quick also. Thank you for all the help you gave me during a difficult time in my life and the jewellery will mean a lot to my loved ones to remember me by.

If i make a mistake i am the first to admit my failure. I origonally gave this company a poor reveiw. I was mistaken. Poor communication across the world between Uk and Australia is the failure in this instance. They are people who beleive in prividing their clients a truly excellent produce and service. I had missread their intentions and i apologise to them. They are a company and people with a truly kind heart and i highly recommend them and their products.

Whilst delivery was a lot later than stated the communication was good throughout . When the item finally arrived it was well packaged, as shown in the advert . Quality was excellent and the presentation box very nice. A little disappointed the To My Granddon wording was missing as that was the expectation and what prompted me to order in the first place. That said , communication following delayed delivery was very good and following to ensure itsm had been delivered and I was happy.
I would recommend the bracelet as was a quality item and the follow up customer service was excellent. No problems . Happy with overall service

Excellent service! I ordered a leather bracelet for my grandsons 21st and couldn’t work out how to open it? I emailed them and the next day they sent me a video showing how to do it!
The bracelet is absolutely lovely and strong, it’s got his name inside too! 5*****
