Very disappointed. Ordered from the German site thinking I’d receive a German made product.
Instead I received silk scarves made in China. Very disappointing and too expensive.
The product is way too overpriced for what you get.

Lastly they will keep sending you emails daily to try and persuade you to give them a better rating on trustpilot.
Don't buy from this company and don't give them your email.

I liked very much the products I received from ElleSilk.
The quality is amazing and they were exactly like described on the site and even better!!
The communication experience was great (easy and immediate) and so was shipping.
The packaging was carefully done too, so carefully I think they had wrapped everything in more packages that it was needed, but they know best!
I was and still am very much impressed with ElleSilk.
Of course I would and will buy again. I just hope they can make some silk throws at some point as they would be really great for hot places.

The trousers are fantastic and exactly what I was hoping for. Good quality material, great fit, super comfortable whilst looking suitably casual smart. Given how far the clothes were coming the service was fast, with clear tracking and arriving at exactly the time stated. Thank you.

These are some of the best feeling silk sheets I've ever felt! Shipping is fast as well. I'd definitely recommend Elle Silk.

Absolutely rubbish company to deal with! Worst experience that I have ever had with online shopping. Please read before you buy!
I paid NZD $2100 for silk bed set with a multi coloured duvet cover and pillows. Nice light blue in the picture, I end up getting this dull brown yucky colour. This is where problem begins. Reply comes in timely manner first try to make you keep it. Didnt want so asked for full refund. The amount of back and forth with Helen was first ridiculous! Then I had to pay for shipping NZD$295. FYI its all shipped from China (most likely a drop ship company claiming to be from Italy). Then I get told oh there are customs duty that will get deducted in China that ended up being $471. Then, then they deduct $99 claiming that the pillow cases were stained. And provide a pic. Guess what the colour of the pillow case was? freakn the actual blue that I bought! So the stained pillow case that never arrived I apparently stained. I flew all the way to China just to do that!! All in all because of this company I lost NZD $865, just lost with nothing to show for it. Be very careful if you buy here! You will get stung, and only email contact.

Elle Silk*s product are wonderful. I have bought 4 night dresses and I dress them every night. So nice for my skin.
From now on I need to remember that there is a customs duty.

I found exactly what I was looking for, which seems to be very hard to find...and in SO many colors! I also was very impressed at how quickly I received the item as it was a birthday gift for my daughter...my husband bought me a silk duvet from another company and it took months.
Just a beautiful and luxurious product! My only suggestion would be the packaging. Something so unique and beautiful should be included to reflect that.

I absolutely love this silk baby onesie! The material is incredibly soft and gentle on my baby’s sensitive skin, making it perfect for all-day wear. The quality is outstanding, and it washes beautifully without losing its shape or softness. It’s lightweight, breathable, and looks so adorable. Definitely worth the investment for a special piece in your little one’s wardrobe!

TERRIBLE customer service! The silk quality is good, but the pattern cuts are awkward. If you would like to change sizes they want you to ship back to China and make it VERY difficult.
Unless you have very petite proportions or have total flexibility to support return times (and money as it cost about $66 for return shipping) AVOID THIS BRAND!!!!

Ellesilk has the most beautiful clothes in color and material, good quality of work, super comfortable to wear for year round . The service on shipping and packing is accurate. I have been a returning costumer for many times since last year, and looking forward to see more new styles out soon.

Have now purchased several high-quality products at reasonable prices. The service is reliable and all questions answered promptly. Will be buying more.

Great product, really well packaged and arrived very fast. Thus far has washed well. Very happy all round.

The linens are off great quality, amazing colors and the delivery was smooth.
