i purchased as i was on live and she was giving out free gifts to orders before midnight so i decided to order because of the free gift as she was showing really good free gifts. i opened the package and a fishy smell was everywhere, the free gifts were some old coloured leather leggings that looked like i was naked when i tried them on, they had the worst fishy smell. the actual leggings i ordered were so thin like they were going to rip if i pulled too hard, i tried them on and they were so see through and costing £15 with £4 delivery is crazy could easily get some from somewhere else for cheaper and way better quality. they are stocked from somewhere else as they had different labels, overall very disappointed will not be ordering from here ever again

VERY poor customer service. Sells poor quality, cheaply madeja well clothes that are terribly see through for quite expensive prices. Also charges you £4 to send them back, when you have a comment about the clothes she removes the comment then blocks you. I waited over 120 hours for a reply on the contact form I filled out but they aim to “reply within 48 hours”. I’ve had loads of people message me about their issues with this company; receiving faulty clothing, clothes without any tags, the wrong sizes, saying she hasn’t received items back even though they have proof etc. She refuses to give a refund, or offering people a “partial” refund. This is one massive SCAM that people need to be aware off, myself and a few other people have contacted trading standards about this so called “business” they have said they are aware of this and are currently investigating it. I have had multiple people also say that they have received items that aren’t even on her website for their lucky dips! I could go on… AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Awful quality and awful customer service. The clothing split after 4 wears and she wouldn't send a replacement.

Did my first order the other day. 3 orders in one day on one of her lives on tiktok. 2/3 of my orders were luckydips and both were lush items that I’ll get a lot of wear out of. All of my orders were amazing quality and Ella is such a genuine person, always so happy and brightens my day when she comes on live. She has built an amazing boutique and can’t wait to order more!

Ellesbellesboutiques is an amazing clothing boutique. I ordered a long black slit dress and have wore it so many times because of the high quality material. The clothes are always available in many colours and she is always working with the community to deliver us with amazing wardrobes.
Ellas tiktok lives are so entertaining to watch and she’s such a down to earth lovely person who treats her customers like friends and is so consistent and kind.

I have ordered of ella a few times and each time I have had a good experience all my items have been good quality, I highly recommend her coats for this winter they are very warm and they are cute. Ella is very helpful when it comes to any questions she is often live on tik tok where you can ask any questions or you can send her an email and get a reply with in a day, she also does giveaways that you can enter which makes the whole experience shopping with her so so fun!

I have ordered from ellesbellesboutique 2 times now. The quality is amazing. I had trouble with my size not being in stock and she replied to my email quickly and apologised gave me 10% off my next order. Such a lovely woman and wish her nothing but success!!!

Personally I have never ordered from this company however I’m always watching her TikTok’s and lives and I think she is an amazing girl who cares for her customers and makes sure they can get the best clothes, her clothes look amazing especially the quality of them and I love the colours of her clothes and boots I will definitely purchase items from her in the future.
