At Elle Bee Design we design and print a wide range of wedding invitations, wedding stationery and greeting cards from our home studio in Worcestershire. For weddings, we provide an end-to-end personal service, from save the dates through invitations, stationery for the day, favours and thank-you cards - across a range of 40+ versatile and customisable designs. Gorgeous wedding stationery
Gorgeous wedding stationery and the communication was amazing. Everything was done quickly as my turnaround was tight and everything ontime.

First time order
Delivery was very quick following the order being placed. The cards are smaller than what I would normally buy but this is only my opinion and makes nothing away from the quality & card itself. The only thing I found was it was quite difficult to get the cards out of the packaging without having to bend them slightly so maybe bigger packaging could be considered. Will definitely use again 😊

We have just received our wedding invitations and they are absolutely stunning.
From the initial consultation with Lau all the way through the design process with Ian has been seamless.

Waste of money
I ordered Mothers' day cards a week in advance and paid £3.35 for 1-3 days 1st class shipping. The cards didn't arrive in time so I had to go out and purchase more cards. What a waste of time and money.

Hi Daisy,
We are saddened to read your review and sorry that your cards didn't reach you in time which whilst I'm sure you can appreciate was outside of our control and your review doesn't account for this at all.
We are extremely disappointed that you would choose to solely direct your disappointment towards a small business rather than Royal Mail.
As you know, you purchased these cards on the Sunday before Mother's Day; we printed and packaged them the following day (and as per the details on the product page we allocate up to 2 business days for this) and dispatched them using a 1st class service, which is the 1-3 days turnaround.
So we did everything we could to get these to you in time but it doesn't appear that you've considered this when reviewing your experience. Unfortunately we don't have the capacity to personally bring orders to customer's locations and are reliant on Royal Mail to deliver these to you on time, which clearly hasn't happened.
Whilst this is regrettable, we would strongly encourage you when using small businesses to remember that we, and they, are not Amazon, and misdirected negative reviews can have an impact more significant that you realise.
So whilst we understand your disappointment, please think about where you direct it in the future.
Beautiful wedding invitations!
Worked with Elle Bee for our wedding save the dates and invitations and couldn't be happier! We went with one of their standard designs, which was lovely and simplified the entire process. It was a breeze to work with Ian. He was extremely responsive and helped troubleshoot the formatting for our invitation insert. The resulting products were excellent, with high-quality paper and vibrant printing. We've gotten many compliments from guests. Many thanks!!
