Far too small for an adult
This stool looks really lovely on the website but on arrival is actually very, very small. It’s child sized and looks ridiculous with an adult sitting on it (and I’m only 5 foot). It’s too low for me to use under my normal sized dressing table. The seat itself is fine, it’s the legs that are much too short. I’m going to have to send it back. The quality is also poor and looks cheap and the backrest feels quite flimsy so I wouldn’t want to lean back on it. Not an impressive product. On the positives, the delivery was very fast - it arrived within a couple of days or ordering.

We are sorry that you were not happy with the Pink Velvet stool. This little piece of furniture is intended to be used as a low stool , either as an extra seat in a living room or as a seat at a low dressing table . We think you must have misread the product dimensions on the product page , as it does say that the height of the legs is 23cm , but please don't worry , we will of course refund your order in full upon receipt

a Complete NIGHTMARE!!!
I cannot even give this company one star. The entire shopping experience has been a nightmare. I have yet to receive my product a month after ordering it, and Ella will not refund me my money. I suggest taking your business elsewhere! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The postcode that you have put on the order is incorrect and delivery has been attempted but failed as the address is incorrect.
