Having admired the items this seller offers for sale for some time, I was excited about my recent purchase. Disappointingly, I received the wrong item which was badly packaged and damaged in any case. I thought it would be a simple case of informing them and getting a replacement as is the case with most shops these days, especially those that trade exclusively online. I had to set aside an entire day to await collection of the wrong / damaged item and when a refund was not forthcoming I had to raise a case with PayPal. They then said they couldn’t refund me because I’d raised a case with PayPal which was, of course, nonsense. Communication from this seller was generally inexplicably slow and, in my case, completely unapologetic. At best this seller is disorganised; at worst unreliable and untrustworthy. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

As my first time shopping with Ella James, I’m sad to say it’s not been the best experience so far. The wallpaper was out of stock initially so I asked when new stock would come in and I was told a few weeks. Then I looked on the website again a few days later and it was showing as in stock. So I ordered and paid for my x3 rolls. Then I got a phone call to say there was only x1 roll available! I’m still waiting for my delivery now.

I bought this wigwam for my grandchildren aged from 6 months to 9 years. It arrived promptly and I am delighted with the quality of the fabric and poles. It is a good size and I am sure the children will have many hours of fun while using it.

I bought a lovely baby gym from little Ella James via notonthehighstreet.com on 30th January. The delivery itself was very quick. However when I received the order, the box was smashed. (Inside was fine) It seemed it was the last one and it had been there for ages.
The reason why I gave a star is I just found exactly same baby gym from Scandiborn.co.uk which is £50 cheaper... I understand each shop sells different prices but I was shocked... especially the baby gym seemed it was the last one. And they don’t have in on their website from notonthehighstreet.com. After I ordered...
It is very shame as they have very nice collections... However they seem overcharged shop...
it could be nice if the item was last one and told me the box was not good condition and I could decide what I wanted to do. I learned I should search before I buy something for next time. This £50 diffence was a good lesson.
I don’t recommend to order from here if anyone buy something for presents.

Lovely product but didn't arrive in one day although I paid for next day delivery.

The two packages arrived exactly when I expected. My only criticism is that the wigwam poles had not been packaged very securely and there were holes in the packaging. The outside plastic was very mucky. I haven’t erected the teepee as yet as it is a Christmas gift for my grandson. The ordering process worked like a dream as I had to order via phone.
