I have mad 3 purchases now from Ella & I and they have been absolutely fantastic I’m slowly making my way through the different fragrances. The smell of the gel melts are fab, last a good time the smell even lingers when I’m not burning them don’t think I would go back to wax melts. I would recommend them to anyone

I don’t think the scent was as long lasting as my first purchase
Still a pleasant smell and easy to distinguish aroma
Will still return for more in the future

Absolutely gorgeous !!!!!! Love them , the scent last a long time and unlike some melts you can smell it straight away , also much easier to get the used ones out !!!!! 20 out 10 !!!!!!!!

Me nor any one that has come to my home can smell any thing even though I use a candle burner in the kitchen which I purchased along with the candles from this company , and an electric burner in the lounge and I only live in a one bedroom bungalow.
Would I purchase again NO

These gel melts are fantastic. As other reviewers have already mentioned, they're so easy to use and leave no mess. My home smells amazing! So far, my favourite scents out of the 10 I've bought are Vanilla & Sea Salt Caramel, 1000 wishes, and Bum Bum Cream. Goodbye to kitchen cooking smells!

I ordered as selection of gels melts, too strong for me as I have COPD and they are unsuitable. Have e mailed twice and no response at all, not even an acknowledgment of me having sent them e mails! The Customer Services seem non existence and I always judge a company by their response, which sadly in this case my opinion of them is low.

Fantastic products, but the customer service lets them down by poor acknowledgment to queries.
Regardless of them being a small business, a good level of customer services goes a long way.

I have just started getting these gel wax melts. Oh my god the fragrence goes on for ages , my whole house smells amazing. Have just ordered more and getting some for my daughters. So easy to remove from burner to change. Amazing

Lots of options for smells. Love the wild bluebell and bergamot. Still have others to try.

Well packed, arrived quickly. Post office tracked, they threw it over the fence because we weren’t in but the box remained intact 😀. The fragrances are lovely and really convenient to use. Thank you ❤️

Not one for leaving reviews but WOW. I have received my melts today and currently have Alien burning away it is amazing. I will be using this company all the time now.

I had never heard of gel melts before but when I saw the advert on Facebook I was interested and also sceptical as some facebook adverts can be misleading! These gels work. They smell beautiful and do peel off the burner cleanly when they have cooled. They arrived beautifully packaged and promptly. I will definitely be buying these again!

Excuses after excuses as to why I haven't got my order in over 6 weeks. Never follows up. Always have to push them for more info.

I didn't do a review on my first order, I wanted to wait until I used them all. Due to my failing sight, other senses like smell have become more important. it's like an obsession that I have to have nice smells around my house. I have become a professional smell-a-holic over time, and these gel melts do not disappoint. I have just unpacked my 2nd- and much larger- order, and they are all gorgeous. If I had to pick a favourite, it would be cherries on snow, but I am so pleased with them all. They literally are no fuss and mess free and come well packaged. Thank you, I am now a gel melt convert.

These products are absolutely amazing! I saw them advertised on instagram, bit the bullet and thought I’d try them. I’m so glad I did, I’ve got about 20 different scents now! Love being able to change scent so easily depending on my mood / the weather / what I’m doing ☺️
