I’m so pleased with the miraculous medal of The Virgin Mary that I recently purchased. Such beautiful detail and high quality. The size of the medal is perfect and very substantial. Looks like something very expensive but very well priced for your money. Great buy!

I ordered three absolutely wonderful necklaces from Elk & Bloom through Etsy - the dainty rose gold flower, dainty gold 14K disc choker and the gold heart necklace. All three were so lovely with shipping so prompt and the customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend.

My order came in good time. It was beautifully packaged with a lovely pouch to keep them in and the earrings were good quality and comfortable to wear. I was really pleased with them.

I ordered the Tree of Life Necklace and matching earrings. I liked the simplicity of its sleek chain and dainty pendant, perfect for my Sisters 60th Birthday. Good communication with seller who advised the jewellery would arrive next day, which it did.
I paid for extra special packaging which was very nice but not what was advertised! The earrings were beautiful but the necklace was not what I ordered, totally different to what was on website. The pendant was on like a choker ( like bracelet) and totally different and shorter chain, very disappointed!
Contacted Dominique and explained the problem. I also sent copies of the website to prove the difference and about the packaging. Dominique was very apologetic and admitted the error and was anxious to correct my order asap. She sent examples of chains to make sure I received the correct one. Also the packaging ( which was lovely) was new and had not yet been changed in the website. I sent the incorrect necklace back along with clear communication with Dominque and her team. I have the right necklace now and am really pleased with it, just as I originally ordered 😊.
Although against Elk & Blooms T&C, I did ask for a refund of postage as at the end of day was their error. I did receive an apology and a full refund.
Apart for the initial hic cup with my order, I am pleased how it was dealt with and love the jewellery. I am sure my Sister will love it.

I bought an anklet from Elk & Bloom on Etsy. It arrived quickly and the anklet is beautiful! Great quality and it's just like the picture. Would definitely recommend for 14k gold filled jewelry

I ordered a choker from this brand and everything was going well until I recieved a call from the mailman asking me to pay for the customs fees that cost me 30 euros!! Even after buying the product with the free-delivery option. I'm so upset with this brand...

This business has an excellent and personal customer service from start to finish. I received my beautiful necklace within a couple of days after ordering it, six months later I wanted it altered which was again returned within days. I will definitely be ordering from Elk and Bloom in the future.

I have bought a couple of pairs of gold hoop earrings from Elk and Bloom over 6 months ago. I wear them daily and they really are gorgeous! They are much better quality than other brands I’ve tried that were similarly priced to these. I will definitely purchase from this brand again ☺️

Purchased a couple necklaces from her and I absolutely love them. I wear them everyday now and they've held up really well in the last few months. There hasn't been any signs of tarnishing, so far the quality is excellent!
