Out of 20 clinic I've done my research on , elithair comes on top 1 best clinic that i felt safe and comfortable to do the HT, with the info i got from the elithair HQ based in Berlin, was very helpful before and after HT. The surgery went pleasantly, apart from a long waiting( cause of high season) expect possible of waiting before surgery. But rest assured that the quality and the care provided by elithair is comforting, knowing that HT is an important factor on once confident and self-esteem. The result of the HT is still to be seen in the upcoming months, but im confident of the Profesional work that the team of elithair has provided is highly recommended.

The staff and professional due diligence and aftercare is outstanding. From hotel stay in 5 star comfort to the medical team pre op and follow up is beyond BUPA levels of care. They even have an app which guides you through each stage of the process. Airport transfer drivers to catering staff are amazing you feel like you’re at a private hospital in the U.K. Dr Balwi and his team are no doubt highly professional and knowledgeable in the hair transplant sector. Achieved maximum graft capacity on consultation donor permitting. They are honest and professional confirming the maximum allowable, I was willing to remortgage and must say for the price was well beyond the service I received. Has to be the best clinic. Also have a pharmacy to get all the products to aid the hair growth. Thank you to all the staff.

I had my procedure done at elit hair,
I was skeptical about booking this procedure abroad especially being an Afro hair female getting my hair done in a different county made me a bit anxious . I only done my transplant yesterday so I can’t comment on result just yet.
How ever I can comment on elithair call centre team, the young lady took time out on her day off to call me when I arrived and to make sure I found my driver.
The transfers, clinic, medical team and hotel was all 10/10. The members of staff were all helpful and had an interpreter on stand by at all times.
The transfer vehicle had WiFi which was handy to keep in touch with family etc on the go.
The check up the clinic gave you the day before transplant was very thorough and informative.
During my surgery they talked me through every step and there were 4 surgeons in there at all times ( I wish I could remember all their names ) they were excellent and reassured me, they allowed me to take pictures through out the process.
Dr Bawli drew the hair line he could work with with my graft amount and I was happy with what he done.
I would definitely recommend it for others wanting hair transplant.
There’s an app that also guides you before procedure and after care which is also very helpful , everything you need to know is in your profile such as when to take antibiotics , wash hair etc.

UPDATE : i contacted Elithair again as my crown area hasn't filled properly and I'm not happy with this at all . I have to say even though a second procedure may be required , all Elithair has cared about is the money to get this done .

I spoke to several of Elithair's advisers on WhatsApp and all they care about is the 3000 Euros to make a booking . I have told them several times that it is pricey and as as a returning client who needs more grafts they should offer me a reasonable price. However the comps y was very stubborn , even saying this was a very good offer . The irony is the price of the transplant now is almost twice what I paid for when I went for the first one .

They have been completely unsympathetic and dismissive of this , even ignoring my messages on WhatsApp and telling me that they hope I find a place where I could get it done . I'm very surprised at this horrible level of customer service and loyalty . Absolutely awful !!!

I recently had a hair transplant at the Elithair Clinic.

I want to say how everyone from the desk staff to my clinical Team that consisted of Furkin, Abduollah, Gakmak, Zirit, Sibel, Acar, and Silan the assistant were fantastic in reassuring me and getting my transplant done and with quality and utmost care. The team whose names I have mentioned went above and beyond with the surgery. Absolutely amazing work and attention to hygiene and cleanliness also which is so important.

Also, I want to mention how fantastic and 5-star Koutaiba's customer/patient service and quality are. He went out of his way to address my initial inquiries, make and organize my booking, and communicate with me and my family all along during my hair transplant journey. He was quick to read my messages on WhatsApp, address them and get back to me.

I also loved how he took it upon himself to talk directly to family on Thursday morning during my Postops when I was returning and assure them that I was fine.

In addition, I want to say a big thank you to Matt and Cetin the interpreters who communicated fantastically and accurately on my behalf with the Surgical Team and Doctors in English. They both did an excellent job and showed patience in listening to my questions and relating them forward to the doctors.

The pick-up and drop-off drivers were also very supportive and kept reminding me to not bump my head on the car roofs.

Thank you to all the Elithair Staff and Koutaiba. I now hope to see an improvement.

My name is Ali, from Iraq, residing in the United States of America. I came to Istanbul for the Elite Hair Center. The driver received us at the airport and took me to the hospital. I waited at the reception for just a bit and met the translator Nazir, who did a beyond wonderful job in explaining the information before and after the operation. Then I started the analysis, such as heart, blood analysis, and x-rays of the scalp area. I completed the reports and met Dr. Abdel Aziz. The doctor began to set the reports, give information, and draw the lines of the donor area and the recipient area with confidence. Then I went to the barber to shave my hair off, and then the driver took me to the hotel. On the second day, the driver came to me at 5:30 in the morning to the hotel and took me to the hospital for an appointment for an operation. There was excellent anesthesia used. This is true because that operation was long, about 6 hours, and I felt absolutely no pain. The third day was removing the bandages and washing the head. I sat with the interpreter Nazir to review all the instructions after the operation, then go to the hotel and then to the airport in first-class hospital cars. I honestly say that I have a fear of blood, needles, and anesthesia, and I was afraid at the beginning, but with the Elite Hair staff, I did not feel any pain or fear. The team was very kind and cooperative at the same time. Thank you from my heart to Dr. Abdel Aziz and to all the respected Elite Hair staff for this excellent service.

I had a great experience with HSE Health Tourism, all the time I stayed in Kayseri they really looked after me, since I arrived till I left the clinic. The doctors which operate me were really kind with me during operation. 4700 grafts. Now just wait to this new hair to grow up. My hair transplant operation was on 06/06/2023 . The entire operation process, pre- operation and post operation care and service was amazing. But one major thing i want to emphasise is that, I was scared before the operation of the pain and I mentioned this to the doctors and trust me my operation went as smooth as possible with absolutely no pain. I was very much satisfied in-fact happy. Can now recommend this to anyone who is looking for hair transplant.
Last, their customer care service post operation is phenomenal, Mr. Koutaiba takes about less than 30 seconds to answer the call and solve any problem and information you need regarding the hair transplant.

I can give only compliments to elithair. From the picup from the air port untill the end evry thing was great i recommend this clinic to evrybody. I do a 4700 dhi oparicion with the deep sleep method no pain nothing.

I actually have done hair transplantation multiple times. But this is my first time to do it with Elithair. And I am very happy with my experience and fully satisfied so far. Everything went so smoothly and beyond my exceptions.
Here I want to share my experience with anyone else who still suffer from hair loss and is considering to undergo a Hair transplantation operation.

First of all the consultation was very immediate, accurate and transparent. So they don't give you and shinny promises that they won't keep. All the important information that you should know before your operation will be honestly provided to you and shared with you per WhatsApp and Email. They sent you a dermaroller with serum that you need to apply twice before your first operation. This is promised to enhance your results. you could google or search on youtube how dermarolling could be helpful for hair growth in general. And I also have not seen in other clinic is considering and integrating the dermaroller with their process so far.

First Day in Turkey:
You will be transported as a real VIP guest from the airport to the clinic to do some blood and cardiology tests and then to a 5-stars hotel.

Second Day in Turkey (MUST READ):
Blood tests results will be shard with you. They analyse your results and give you more valuable information on what your hair needs in terms of vitamins and nutrition.

Then use AI tools to analyse your hair and detect how many grafts you have and which grafts have single-root, double-root or triple roots. Multiple-root grafts are very important to give your hair the density you need. Still single-root grafts are also important for your hair-line. Because you can not implant multiple-root grafts at your hair-line otherwise your hair at the front area well grow in different angles/directions which give you random look. While in reality your hair-line should always grow in one direction. That is backwards.

They also analyse your scalp layers to know which layer and at which depth is the layer well circulated and feed with blood. This is important to know so that they implant the grafts in the right depth at your scalp. It could happen that in the front line the grafts needs to implanted in a different depth than in your crown area. So they don't just implant the grafts at any random depth. They actually know what they are doing. And I have not seen this before in any other clinic.

They plan the new hair-line in detail with you, they listen carefully to your wishes.

Then the operation starts. And what I really like ,in addition to all what I mentioned above, about Elithair is that they have two different and professional medical teams. One to extract the grafts, and another team to implant them. So you don't have same team extracting and implanting the grafts. And I am sure this is one of the big factor that increase the quality of the operation and make it very successful at the end.

After the operation, you have a follow-up team and a contact person who is helping and and answering all of your questions.
They provide you with hair wash set, a book including all what you should and should NOT do after the operation. You have access to their mobile App that reminds you with medicine that you must take and what you are allowed to do based on a timeplan for the first year after the operation. You also will get a hair boost set containing vitamins, shampoo and more dermaroller and Mesotherapy that boost your hair growth and guarantee your results at the end.

All in all I am very happy, pleased and satisfied with Elithair and would really recommend it for anyone who is still search for a reliable hair-transplantation operation.

Excellent team-work and very professional service.

Once they take your money, they will ruin your life, they will take no accountability of what they do and they will treat you like a fool all the way. They don't care at all about costumers, when you go to that massive clinic with hundreds of guys having surgery 24/7 you can tell this is towards quantity and not quality. Please, stay away from his criminals, do not trust the reviews (they are all fake or from guys that have just done the surgery...), they will try to scam you as much money as possible (changing the quote several times to confuse you with aggressive marketing strategies) and the surgery will be done by somebody who hasn't even passed GCSE's. The clinic is very disorganised, you have to wait for hours every day (I had to wait at the airport on my arrival for 2 hours with a guy because the shuttle wasn't arriving), in the clinic everybody is unfriendly and cannot speak any English (only the translator was nice to me). They ruined my life, leaving me with an asymmetric and amorphic triangle in my head (with two empty gaps), and I've been signed off for depression from my GP for the first time in my life (wanting to cry every time I see the hairline they did to me and I've never agreed to have, but they'll say you did). Once you tell them you are devastated for what they did they'll ask for more money to fix it with a special discount (this is a money pump scheme). This last year has been hell for me and I don't wish it to anyone. This people is going to pay for it because I am taking them to court for fraud, malpractice, and a crime against my dignity. Stay away! Don't trust these manipulative liers!

Have Been there recently.
Every single moment was organised perfectly (transfer, accommodation, clinic and operation).
I did it on Monday and of course need time, but looks like everything is getting better and better day by day.
If you have the desire to change your look, I suggest to make it as it is a really great experience.

I felt I had to leave a review for this company. I sent them some pictures of my hair and booked a slot for phone consultation.
Someone called me today and we had a chat and he said I DID NOT need the treatment. Rather than take thousands of pounds and do it anyway, if they advised I needed it I would have booked straight away.
The specialist I spoke to was a gentleman, he advised on some hair oils to improve my hair quality, which was not a sell for the company. They don’t sell these! So not taking money there either.
He was very understanding and polite and customer service was the best!
My reason for reviewing was that I genuinely feel this company have INTEGRITY and are trustworthy and extremely professional. Honesty can sometimes lack where a sale is involve for a lot of companies these days. So I would have no hesitation recommending them for this reason!
If you are looking at having a treatment go to them!

Ok, so they do absolutely everything, transfers, hotel, food, consultation, advice, actual operation, after care, Everything. And the service, and qualifications, it’s all fully trained doctors and nurses, the bottom line, you will not get a better one, and the equipment and facilities is next level, so you have 2 options, you can either pay £20,000 in the uk, or hope on a 4 hour plane journey and get it for £3000 all in inclusive of flights, you only need to be here 2 days, trust me, it’s all good.

Very happy with the procedure, staff are friendly and professional, hotel and transportation were excellent, I recommend Elithair transplant turkey-Dr. Balwi.
