My journey with Elithair last has been nothing short of satisfying thus far. A friend's recommendation led me to their center, and I couldn't be more pleased. Right from the start, I received prompt and high-quality responses from their customer team, who stayed in touch throughout the process.

From the initial assessment to the surgery at the clinic, I was impressed by their impeccable management. The operation itself was surprisingly soothing, thanks to their skilled team and comfortable environment. The post-operative care and follow-up were also commendable, ensuring I felt well-supported every step of the way.

Everything was perfect I was supervised from the first contact day and still after the surgery.

J’avais eu des retours correct de 4 personnes qui étaient passé par Elithair mais ces 4 personnes n’ont eu aucun soucis, les soucis peuvent arriver mais l’important est de les gérer !

Les examens et la coordination se sont très bien passé au moment de l’intervention, pendant l’intervention les personnes chargées de la transplantation n’étaient pas serieuse ils ne faisaient que rire à se plier de rire.

7 mois après l’intervention, j’ai attrapé comme de l’exéma dans les cheveux, malgré mes envoies de photos, on me dit depuis 2 mois qu’un médecin va regarder, mais en réalité ils ne suivent pas l’après opération et je devrais contacter une autre clinique pour le suivi … vraiment dommage

I had received correct feedback from 4 people who had gone through Elithair but these 4 people had no problems, problems can happen but the important thing is to manage them!

The examinations and coordination went very well at the time of the intervention, during the intervention the people in charge of the transplant were not serious, they were just laughing until they doubled over with laughter.

7 months after the operation, I caught some eczema in my hair, despite sending photos, I have been told for 2 months that a doctor will look, but in reality they do not follow up after the operation and I would have to contact another clinic for follow-up… really a shame

I have just returned from Elithair and 4 days into recovery. The whole experience so far has been very good. I stayed in the clinic which was very convenient. The clinic is very modern and clean, the doctors and support were excellent. The operation itself was completely painless as you can be sedated for the initial anesthetic administration. Post operation support is good too using their App which guides you through when to wash your hair, take tablets etc, you are also allocated your dedicated support person who stays in contact post op. I am very excited to see the results. I highly recommend Elithair.

Honestly, a hairtransplant is done once only so you have to choose carefully. I heard av'biut Elithair on social media and by a person who recommanded it. Everything was fine and clever thought. Car transfer always on time, team in the turkish clinic really friendly. Application for the follow up very nice. I RECOMMAND

When I arrived it was very pleasant, the people where friendly, the hotel room I stayed in at the complex was nice. It started really well...
The issue.....
I booked to stay for 2 nights, so i checked in, got my bloods done, had a consultation, then I was given a time for my transplant, which would be the following day, . I had the transplant the following day, took around 8 hours. So after everything is finished I go back to my room, pack my bag for my transfer to the airport for the next day. The next day I am told, that my transfer would be the following day because they will need to do my first wash, but which would mean 3 nights, so I'm wondering what is going o, I told the girl who told me that, that my flight was today, and she said "I don't know why its not in the system". So I'm already pretty stressed out from the transplant, and now I'm being told my transfer is tomorrow. So I asked the lobby area what should I do, by this time my flight was scheduled, and I wouldn't have much time to catch it. So I message one of the bosses (I think it was a boss) and he tells me the wash is optional and that I should just go to my flight. I said I missed my flight, so he said okay pay for another day stay in our hotel and ANOTHER FLIGHT!. they never even offered to pay for my flight or hotel,when it was their mistake. Only when I said I wasn't gonna pay for the hotel did he then say he will fix it for me and gave me it for free. By that time the damage was already done, so I left the hotel and booked myself onto a flight home and didn't stay the extra night.

If it wasn't for that I would have had nice things to say but I thought that was pretty unprofessional.

My experience with Elithair is so far quite satisfactory. I was recommended by a friend to this centre and he was right. I received high quality response from the very beginning and Elithair customer team always kept in touch with me. From the initial assessment to surgery at clinic, I’m impressed with their management. The operation was a soothing experience. Post operative care and follow up was up to the mark too… However, this review is only partial. I’d get back again with the Transplant result after few months.

The staff was vary friendly and from the first contact through the operation used everything went smooth. The hotel in Istanbul was great and the transfers to and from the clinic and the airport very well organized. I’m now at 7 days post op and recovering well. My only concern with the whole experience is with the schedule of the surgery. My surgery was scheduled for 14.30. However it didn’t start until 18.30 or so. Considering that the surgery takes 6-8 hours and it’s a quite tiring experience, I could have well done without the 4+ hours of waiting in the clinic. The surgery ended around 2.30 in the morning and I had to be back to the clinic at 7.40 the morning after. Overall pretty exhausting. A better planning of the surgery schedule works be advisable.

Elithair seemed to be the most transparent and competent company I had researched when I was looking at having hair transplants done.
The initial phone consultation was brilliant and I was confident that I had found the right company for my needs.
And how right I was!
They communicated constantly with me, guiding me every step of the way.
I had the feeling that they really cared about me as a customer and I was right again.
The arrival at Istanbul Airport was smooth and lovely, the driver was very helpful and I was taken to the Hospital in Kagithane. And there I was literally blown away by what I encountered.
The Hospital was amazing - the atmosphere reminded me of a 5+ Star Hotel, staff were attentive and friendly and everything was squeaky clean with the newest state of the art facilities.
I was then taken to the Marriott Hotel which was included in the package - I did not expect to be this wowed by the hotel. The Hotel staff are obviously familiar with surgery tourists and the arrangement between hotel and Hospital is great. Again, perfect communication.
The day of the surgery was an interesting experience itself, everyone at the hospital was friendly, professional and made me feel very cared for and I had the feeling that I was important and that the staff really like what they were doing.
The day after was equally great, everything was perfectly timed and I couldn't have wished for better service.
The Elithair App is one of the most user friendly and helpful Apps I have encountered, taking me through before and after care brilliantly and giving complete and thorough guidance.
I would happily give Elithair 10 Stars if that was possible.

My experience from planning to post-procedure has been wonderful. I had several questions throughout my experience and the customer service team has always been knowledgeable, thorough, and quick to respond to my inquiries. It is impressive that I can be a completely located in a different time zone and always have access to a customer service representative who is eager to assist.

From my original enquiry end of July 2023 to my Op on 10/11/23, Elit Hair have been amazing to work with. Communication and support is exceptional and put any worries at ease all the way up to the trip. The Clinic is spotless and really modern. I'm now home 4 days post Op and all is recovering well. If you're English and don't wanna pay over the odds in the UK, Elit are fantastic.

Overall, the procedure and everything involved went really well. There were a couple of hiccups with scheduling and the hotel stay, but the customer service representatives were very quick to correct the issues and make sure that my experience was a good one. The facility was very modern and professional. The staff were very nice and helpful. I will be going back in about a year or so to get another transplant.
