Very helpful .Guys , if you can’t get in contact see live chat on website to sort out order issues your browser could be blocking the pop up if you can’t see it . Make sure you have screenshot copies of the txid or bitcoin payment for future reference. Live chat was a Very quick response and sorted out my issues ASAP. If your order says its been cancelled its due to the fact that payment wasn't received within the 5hour payment window given for orders that are placed upon checkout. Its an automated response from our system to allow our stock inventory to become available. If you have made payment, please come on to our live chat and provide us with the Transaction ID Number that way we can match it up and process your order manually. We have decided to discontinue the automated system as of a few days ago so if you don't make payment within the 5 hour gap it won't effect you any more and your order will still show as pending payment until payment is received. Dont try if in Australia customs will get it...
First order got grabed by customs ands seems so did second..havnt got letter for second but has been 4 weeks since they sent it express so i advice no point ordering if in australia..
