Elite Oz Pharma 

I second everything Brandon has just said. I placed my original order of over $500 in December!! I’m still to receive anything. They originally said it was lost in transit as it wasn’t seized ( I would have received a letter from customs).
At the end of January they said they would reship as it was probably lost. By the end of February I still had nothing and again they said it was lost in transit. Once maybe but twice?? Highly improbable!
At the beginning of March they said they’d reship again and give me an order number. I’m still waiting for that two months later. It’s been four months since my original order.
Customer service are full of it and lie to you to delay the situation and in the meantime people are placing orders and getting rorted. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. You may as well burn your money. I had written a review at the end of January and Andrew asked me to please take it down and he would see to it “himself” that my order was express posted so I took it down. Not this time! I haven’t had a reply on live chat for a month! Big scam!

Scam website, you will not receive your order. You will be lied to over and over again by the so called Support, My order was Seized by Customs and their policy is a free re-ship. I have got proof of messaging support atleast 6 times asking to provide me a tracking number for the re-shipped order but he/she would never send it and always try to deter the issue at hand.

15th March - "I will be putting this through to logistics today"

-- After Asking for an update. --

22nd March - "Hi mate will do should have an update from our team tomorrow some time"

And then I couldnt believe it, after waiting for almost a month from February, I was then replied with my first ever order that I did back in early January and asking me to confirm if I received it when I was talking about my second order the whole time and they knew that, I made it extremely clear as the whole order number, name and address was different.

7th April "Order 8141 was reshipped, Ill put through the request to logistics, I should have it within the next 24-48hrs mate will update you as soon as I receive it"

Can you guess what happens next? It's now the 25th April and since the original order in February, Nothing.

Absolutely a disgusting excuse for a website with ZERO Professionalism whatsoever, whoever is reading this, do not fall for the fake reviews and since the orders are usually $200-400, it's alot of money you're going to lose, do not risk it.

P.S. Support will respond to this email for damage control, trying their hardest to keep their scamming going to new customers and he'll say how he'll look into this, absolute bullsh*t.

Since last review, I was hoping for a resend of the product I ordered and originally confiscated. Sent secondary address multiple times, they said they never received it.

Now, no response from 'Andrew' and the team for weeks. Unfortunately, all positive reviews are a fake imo; save some money and buy local. This company isn't Australian based. Buy Ausroids, I got my order in a week.

Believe me when i say that you will not receive your product if you place your order
and live in Aus , as other reviews state your request will fall on promises that are not fulfilled , fortunately i only placed a small test order ($300) but that was seized and promised a re ship which has not and probably won't be fulfilled. This has been ongoing since January and now no reply to emails

I would like to take this opportunity to warn customers to steer away from Eliteozpharma.

I was out to seek a new and credible supplier and chose to give Eliteozpharma a go as a preferred supplier.

I corresponded directly with Andrew through e-mails who came across as a geniune person having some form of credibility. All e-mails were responded to within 24 hours. You (Andrew) applied the sales pitch by offering me a free testing kit and associated discounts. THIS PRIOR TO ANY PAYMENT.

I placed an order in late March 2021.

Right away I received confirmation of payment. A few days later I received an e-mail confirming that my order was being processed.

To date, I have received…NOTHING!!!!!!!

The status on my account states…. ”Completed”
To Andrew…..I have sent you 5 e-mails and you have not responded to any of my queries or concerns. You went quiet on me straight after I made payment. I have tried to communicate through “LIVE CHAT” with no response from anyone.

You leave me with no other choice but to assume this site is a scam with deliberate attempts to deceive and rip people off.
I can only hope the content of this document has far more reaching implications on your money-rorting scheme and profit margins!

Beware it’s a scam!! Save your hopes & money!

This will be my second review.
The first one I was asked politely to remove or risk my details being leaked to the authorities, after I stated this website is misleading customers to think they are based in Australia whilst based in the UK.
Rewind to Jan 17th and I'm still waiting for my order which was confiscated at customs after adding a second address and a promise of a reship I'm am still waiting for an answer, just disappointed over $500 wasted over seas.

I too echo Dale's sentiments below. He's bang on the money with everything he says. I too have been waiting and waiting, along with continually sh#t comms via their 'chat' facility. All you get is fobbed off that they're working on your order or some bullsh#t about discreet packaging issues. And now they haven't been online since 10/04/21 to reply to my messages. Go figure.
I have no idea where these other reivews saying how good these rip off merchants are have come from. I assume it's them themselves puting the reviews up or they're getting someone else to do them. Whatever is going on it's all LIES and downright thievery.

Update: Recieved a seizure notice form The Australian Border Force today the 19/04/2021 - so at least the items were sent, I have updated my review to 2 stars, lets see if Elite Oz Pharma stick to their word and reship.
OVER TO YOU ANDREW - YOUR PLAY - contact me to organise reshipment to a different address and I will remove the review and give you your stars - though no contact for 2 weeks now through live chat leaves me skeptical.
Forget it guys, I hate giving negative reviews as I would never like to affect the income stream of a legitimate business, but you are wasting your time. I have a lot of experience with both OS and domestic suppliers, I have had orders turn up from the UK, EU and the US that I ordered well after my order with these guys along with multiple orders from domestic suppliers that only take 5-7 working days. I'll make it simple, if you are in OZ and want anabolics, peptides, HGH or pharmas go to:

For genuine HGH (hygetropin with swizzel logo on the cap) go to:
shophgh.com - this is not counterfeit and is a totally different beast than what you will get in OZ and it is also very well priced - takes a while to turn up (up to 6 weeks) but is the real deal, is properly dosed (I have had it tested) not a fake or counterfeit.
With all of these suggested suppliers they will immediately re ship if something goes wrong, not just say they will and make excuses.
To Elite Oz and Andrew, VERY disappointing to say the least, I order in bulk for several people most weeks and would have been good repeat business, I gave you guys a crack and you failed miserably. I will be having everyone I know hit the review sites to ensure people stop getting ripped off and be sure there are consequences for your poor service and lies. you would make more money being honest than ripping people off, sh#t go Andrew, sh#t go!

4 months now since my order and still hasn't arrived yet. To Andrew please refund my money as you are clearly incompetent of providing me with the product that i ordered, if you refund my money I will remove negative feedback

I couldn't update my old review, but i've now been waiting for 3 months. I've sent an alternate address weeks ago but never got confirmation that my order has been resent. I've sent another online chat message asking for an update and been waiting 5 days for a reply. I would say that more and more deliveries are being stopped at customs so find a domestic supplier. Elite Oz Pharma you could at least offer a refund of Bitcoin to customers that have been waiting months like me. Very disappointing!

For some reason I can’t update my previous review but here it is.
The contact from the guys has been good, though once again I was promised my order had been sent and over 3 weeks in I have seen nothing, I have reached out while support was on line and got no reply. I hope I’m wrong but it seems as if these guys tell you what they need to so you fix your review but as far as action I am yet to see any. I’m not saying that they are 100% scammers, I’m just saying I’ve not received my goods worth over $600 plus postage and Bitcoin transfer fees yet (I’m out over $700).
Again I will update my review when I see my goods, I will not be updating at the request of support until then. Don’t write them off, I am still hopeful but be wary, I have not yet seen a result. Previous review below for reference.

Awesome that the guys have replied and I hope they stick to their word and I can retract my review but as yet it’s still very vague as to the when and if I will receive my order placed in early Feb.

Update:
I have heard back from the guys at eliteOz and apparently it is on its way and was held up due to a shipping error, fingers crossed I see my goods soon, I will update accordingly.

Very happy, Elite Oz provide a great service. They respond promptly to live chat and my parcel was received within their allotted time frame including Covid delay (4 weeks total). Well packaged parcel and very discreet as promised. I will definitely be ordering regularly as long as they keep up the great work!

So after my last review was promised a reship of my order the next week and would have tracking early that week havent recived any details and now am being completely ignored on live chat there nothing more than thiefs would strongly suggest no one does business with them thay will take your money and that's give you every excuse under the sun as why there is a problem with your order while doing nothing to fix it I order on the 16th of January and nearly 4 months later still waiting even though I know it will never arrive not good enough

These guys are awesome. Great service. Discreet shipping. Was a little skeptic at first because of previous bad experiences with our companies. These guys are the real deal though!

I'd give 5 stars if I had received my order. Great customer service had a issue with it getting in the country, they were great and have re sent my order.

Since it seems like they only respond via here through one star review, I'm just going to leave this here in the hopes that they respond. I made an order via express shipping on 2 March 2021, it is now 25 March 2021 and I haven't received anything yet. Their FAQ section on their website specified 3-14 days, which probably should be changed. However, tbh I'm not too fussed about that. What I am fussed about is that they don't respond to their online chat as I have been trying to message them for a week but have heard nothing so far.

UPDATE: Got my order today on 29 March 2021. Have updated the review to four stars, with only one star loss due to time for delivery and hard to contact them. Will update again to see if my products work.
