Very professional service from Elite Moving. They called when they were on their way to keep me updated with their ETA. They worked with care and efficiency, and went the extra mile.

We used Elite moving to relocate from London to Aberdeen and they were really efficient right from the word go . Everyone were thoroughly professional and helpful. Kabilan in particular was really helpful and went out of his way to help us . The first thought I had in my mind once we completed our move was this “ I’m not calling any other movers other than these lovely people as long as I’m in the country “ They are very reasonable in their prices and I’d be surprised if you can find another company this efficient at their prices . All in all - Well done and thanks team !

I was extremely satisfied with Elite. I had a garage crammed full of old stuff that needed removing. They were extremely professional, worked hard to remove everything and even swept up after themselves. I recommend them highly.

By far the best moving company I have ever used, if I could I would give 10 stars!! Vijithan and his team have been amazing! I have contacted Vijithan last minute for an international moving from UK to Germany, after I have been scammed by another unprofessional company, and he managed to pick up the boxes with just 48 hours notice and delivered them to Germany in only 1 week time!! Both teams in UK and Germany have been so careful and caring about my belongings, professional with counting and recording all boxes but more than anything making sure I was going to receive everything as planned in 1 week considering all the custom paperwork and bureaucracy around!

If you need to do an international moving, this guys are the right people: reliable, punctual, professional and well trained on their job!

I don't know how this company has the best reviews. The communication was bad, they moved things that didn't have to be moved, they didn't move others and it went more expensive than initially agreed. It is true I didn't have to move any box but some boxes were not left in the right place either.

We used Elite Moving for our recent house move. We did the move across two days, a few weeks apart - the team were great on both days. All movers were friendly, hardworking & worked very efficiently. They took care in looking after our possessions. They dismantled & reassembled all our furniture items carefully. We are so glad to have found them. Vijithan was great from the start of communication, from quoting stage all the way up to both move days. Ranjan was professional, understanding and friendly during the site visit to provide a quote & was also there on the second move day to ensure everything went smoothly.
I have already recommended Elite to family and friends.

I had an excellent experience with Elite Moving for my recent move from Amsterdam to London. The team was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. They arrived on time and handled everything with care and precision. It was very convenient that I didn’t need to be present for the unloading into storage in London – everything was done smoothly, and I was kept informed throughout. Communication was seamless, with quick responses to my questions via WhatsApp, which was reassuring. I’d like to especially thank Vijithan for his outstanding customer service, helping with dates and providing a competitive quote. I highly recommend Elite Moving for anyone looking for a reliable, stress-free moving experience.

I recently hired Elite for a full-service move from Zurich to London, paying over GBP 4,500 for disassembly, transport, and next-day assembly. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations.

Pros: Elite agents were responsive, the vehicle was large enough, and furniture protection equipment was adequate.

Cons: Despite providing Elite with detailed descriptions and videos of the furniture, there were significant issues:

1. The movers arrived two hours late with only two staff members—a team far too small for the job. As a result, I had to help load the furniture myself. As I had a flight booked back to London the same evening, and they were unwilling to complete the move in my absence they left my flat partially uncleared.
2. Delivery to London was two days late, requiring me to take an extra day off work. This was frustrating, given the timeline promised.

I reached out to Elite to address these issues, and they initially offered to pick up the remaining items in Zurich as part of a nearby pickup, acknowledging the inconvenience caused. However, they retracted this offer within an hour, leaving me to return to Zurich at my expense to manage the remaining items myself.

Overall, I was disappointed by Elite’s service and the lack of follow-through, particularly given the high cost. I would not recommend Elite and will opt for EMS Moves in the future, even if it means paying more for reliable service.

Elite Moving has exceeded my expectations of their service. All the staff were extremely professional and helpful beyond their job description. Every single item was delivered in exact pristine condition. I would highly recommend them.

I recently used the company to ship my belongings from England to Switzerland. I was really happy with the service as they were able to match the price by a competitor, but offer a more flexible service. Everything went smooth with the move - they took care of most of the paperwork for me and delivered within the agreed timeframe
