We had a great experience with Easy Shipping. Our team included Emmanuel, Aravinth, Sothy andVijay who worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to pack our house over 2.5 days and move us into our new home and rebuild our furniture. They started early, worked long days, took great care and were very polite and friendly as well. Thanks to Easy Shipping this was a lot less stressful than it could have been. We couldn't recommend them strongly enough. They were also very reasonably priced compared to the competition.

Easy Shipping truly lives up to its name. My wife and I had been dreading our move from a second-floor London flat which involved one half of the contents going to our main residence 350 miles away and the other half to a London saleroom. The chances of something ending up in the wrong place were considerable. But from the initial conversation with Heidi Pearce, the manager and 'move co-ordinator', to the deliveries and unpacking at both destinations I knew from their professional approach to the planning of the move that we were in safe, experienced hands. They were flexible about dates, understanding that the timing depended on when we would complete the sale. A two-hour survey by their planner Dilip, who took measurements and photographs, set in place the plan for an operation of military precision involving three experienced movers (one has been with Easy Shipping for 20 years, the other two for ten) all of whom took great care packing our possessions and then unpacking them at both ends.

Easy Shipping has a large fleet of vehicles, the size determined by the loads. They also have secure warehousing for overnight storage. And, critically for us, have mobile hoists and put one on standby on the day of the move in case we had to take out a window. We didn’t – until the elevator broke down in the middle of the move. The team met the 5pm deadline by taking out the window and using the hoist to lower our possessions to the Bedford van below, then replaced the window with no damage and no additional cost.

Friends who have moved frequently were alarmed by the competitive pricing of this complicated move which had been set out by Heidi in a detailed quote. But there were no hidden extras: Easy came in on budget, no breakages and with smiles on everyone’s face. How often can you say that about moving house?
