Drive 50V wheelset & quality customer support
I purchased a Drive 50V Rim brake wheelset and the customer experience from start to finish has been second to none. The wheels took roughly 4 weeks to arrive in the UK and arrived well packaged with some really nice extras thrown in. Tubeless valves, spare spokes, a multi-tool, sunglasses etc.
I experienced an issue with the front wheel where the brakes would grab a particular area of the rim, this was really noticeable at slower speeds and caused the bike to surge/kangaroo when coming to a stop. After a short email exchange where we troubleshooted possible causes, a new wheel was shipped to me at no extra cost once it was confirmed to be a problem with the original wheel itself. The replacement wheel rides perfectly and the customer support has been exceptional throughout with responses to my emails being received next day 99% of the time.
Quality products with a customer experience to match. Would highly recommend to anybody, particularly to those who are perhaps nervous about what happens if a quality issue arises with their order.

Elitewheels Marvel 50D II review
I’ve bought the Elitewheels Marvel 50D II in Juli and been riding them for a while now and I’m impressed. The wheels run very true and feel comfortable. Handling is excellent, with low sensitivity to crosswinds and a clear aero benefit from the modern U-shaped profile that you can feel. With 23 mm internal and 31 mm external width, they suit 28–32 mm tires at best in my opinion. My set weighs 1520g - i've weighed them myself. Tubeless ready with tape and valves included, they are an ideal upgrade for aero gains and weight savings compared to my standard aluminium wheels. The customer service was excellent - i've changed my mind a couple of times regarding the right wheel depth and they patiently changed my order. I would buy from elitewheels again. I never had any trouble with the wheelset so for but i think if there would be any issue, the customer service would solve that problem quickly.

TT rim brake bundle
I ordered a TT rim brake bundle and received them on time despite the many purchases on Black Friday. Thank you for the cooperation from the site regarding the details of my order. Extremely fast communication and competent help - they literally respond in seconds. Regarding the product - I am very satisfied with the quality of the performance. Precise workmanship, reliable, beautiful and functional rims (for those of us who want maximum aerodynamics and speed) The packaging for transport was simply unique. I have never received a shipment so well secured for transportation.

Best Rim Brake Wheels you can get today !
I have been looking for a long time for a pair of rim brake carbon wheels that are light weight, and good quality & affordable.
Since mayor corporations are pushing everyone even pro riders to use disk brake nowadays, this task wasn't easy.
Used wheelsets are an option, but there is always the warranty & quality factor, you dont know how much of their usage history.
Elite are obviously not the only ones offering this rim brake option.
But the "other", companies rather than selling rim brakes, right now.
They seem more like that they are "getting rid off" their stock, so obviously
That does not look like I will get support in the near future from them, and alsothey only offer 2 year warranty.
So I rather stick to elite, that are currently handling rim brakes, & get 3 years warranty, even recently they released a new model, and I can also get parts in case I need to replace them for the wheelset.
Also they have the lightest models in the market, that you can get without having to break your savings. (search for it)
They also offer shipping to Mexico, which is also a great plus, some other brands do not send to MX, I asked them via email & chat. (just be aware of the "hidden fees" that UPS charges you; I dont mind paying regular taxes, but UPS "extra" charges are horrendous, plus they scratched the packaging =(, that is the only unpleasent thing I experience during the whole process.)
So that is 1 side of the equation.
The chat customer service is awesome, I had like 3 long conversations, with different persons, and all of them were very attentive, and answered all my questions, even about "specifications", about the wheels, the carbon spokes sizes, shipping details, next releases, etc.
They even shared with me pictures, to solve my doubts, and you get in you email, the whole conversation, so you can check it back later if you want.
They also reply to your emails, in case you don't want to use the chat.
So I am pretty satisfied with the choice I made, If you are reading, I hope it helps you out. I am grateful that Elite is still offering Rim brakes today.

Good customer service
I ordered a wheelset from Elite Wheels.
The original order was lost after 38 days, and I only found out after chasing them for an update—they never proactively communicated the issue.
They did however ship another set of wheels which arrived in good time and are of great quality. I believe, tried their best to make good and technically although annoying to me, things getting lost isn't their fault.
Tracking with "17Track" is pretty awful. But apart from that they did good.

Fantastic wheels, fast shipping and excellent customer service.
The wheels are awesome, very well built and lightweight. My ebike is now ligther and more enjoyable. They are also nice and good looking. I had to replace the valve because of Bosch sensor.
The shipping is fast (15-20 days) and the customer service is excellent. I needed a replacement part and it came in 3 days!
I recommend these wheels for all your bikes if you want something nice, good, durable and with perfect customer support.

So Great I Bought Two Wheelsets
I bought two sets of your Drive II Mixed Depth Wheelsets. The first was for my gravel bike. The first time out on them I set a PR on a 64km ride with about 900m climbing. These wheels were super stabile when descending and in the wind. Because they were so exceptional I purchased another set for my endurance bike. Your company is awesome and I would highly recommend your products to other cyclists.

BANG BOOM BANG - these guys are incredible
Once upon a time... that's how all fairy tales begin in Germany... an order for a pair of EliteWheels HELIXdrive CS. Despite being informed in advance that delivery from China to Germany can take up to six weeks, I couldn't help myself and kept pestering customer support about the status of my order. And what can I say... the support team is incredible, fast, always friendly and provides information that gets straight to the point. 5 out of 5 stars for customer service.
And like all good fairy tales, mine had a happy ending... after about 7 weeks, I finally received my delivery... and what can I say, I love the new rims, they're a dream... the price-performance ratio is absolutely top notch. The workmanship quality is just as you would expect, I would order from EliteWheels again anytime.

This guys are next level. The service, the follow up, the customer support. I feel looked after every time I contact them. You can feel the attention to detail in every aspect of their wheels. The statics, the packaging and more importantly, the power transfer and smooth ride. I actually love the hub sound. They also have follow my order since I contacted them before purchase till I received and tried my wheeels. I have become a big fan and I know this is only my first pair of wheels. I actually want to go for the disc wheel next year.
