I recently purchased a set of Elitewheels Drive II D50 wheels based on various internet forum discussions and YouTube reviews. I am truly satisfied with the choice. The wheels arrived with the tubeless tape and valves already installed, which is a significant plus considering that shops in my area charge around €40 for this service, whereas here it is included in the price. So far, I have ridden over 300 km with this set and the reviews that led me to buy them certainly didn't lie; they are incredibly reactive and fast, even though the roads around here are quite rough. The professional and knowledgeable support team also guided me step by step in choosing the best option for my needs, making the entire purchasing process extremely easy. Overall, I am really happy with this purchase and couldn't ask for more.

Elitewheels Drive G45 SS

It wasn’t an easy choice. I spent hours watching YouTube reviews, browsing bike shop websites, comparing prices, weighing the pros and cons of different wheelsets — and eventually I landed on the Elitewheels Drive G45 SS.

Even though Elitewheels offer prices two to two‑and‑a‑half times lower than top brands, while matching — and in some ways exceeding — their performance, spending $1K on a wheelset still wasn’t an easy decision for me. Luckily, after completing a short survey I received a generous discount, and that became the final push to buy them right away.

And finally, the wheels arrived. When the courier handed me the box, I honestly thought it was empty — that’s how light it was. A quick unboxing… and there they were in my hands. Almost weightless compared to my old aluminum wheels. The finish quality is excellent, the tubeless tape was already installed, and the spoke tension was perfect. I couldn’t wait to take them out for a ride.

After 500 km, I can say — it’s magic. Every bit of power you put into the pedals transfers instantly to the wheels. They smooth out cobblestones and rough pavement incredibly well. My 45 mm Schwalbe G-One Bite tires measured 48 mm on these rims, which, I think, added even more comfort. And the sound of the rear hub… pure music to my ears.

I really hope these wheels will continue to bring me nothing but positive emotions.
And one more thing — out of pure excitement, I ended up improving my times on several of my regular segments.

Exceptional performance and value. I’m blown away by the build quality and how much these improved my ride’s responsiveness. They look incredible, arrived perfectly true, and the customer service was top-notch. If you’re looking for pro-level carbon wheels without the "big brand" markup, this is it.

I received the wheelset on January 9th.
I can say that they look good and they spin quite well.
I haven’t tested them on the road yet because the weather is unfavorable.
I will come back with a review after I test them on the road and drive a few hundred km.

Decided to try Elite after being a die hard Roval user for years. Ordered a set of Drive II 50's and was really impressed by their fit and finish. I mounted a set of tires and off I went. The wheels are incredibly light and stiff but not punishingly stiff. Definitely notice the carbon spokes. My biggest concern though was what would happen if I had a problem.

About 2 weeks ago, I had my first issue with them. The rear wheel went slightly out of true - enough to be concerned. I reached out to Elite support and they quickly provided a spec sheet to my shop on how to properly true them. The shop was in turn able to true them quickly. My Elite service rep then sent me the funds to reimburse me for the repair. They were in contact every day until it was resolved.

I'm now a huge fan of their product. If you are hesitating on buying a set, rest assured they make a great product and stand behind it.

Have had their DRIVE wheels for 2 years and been extremely pleased with them. When the rear wheel developed a spoke delamination they immediately responded. After providing the company the appropriate documentation of the incident they immediately send 2 replacement spokes together with instructions and tools to replace them at no cost. In addition the company reimbursed me the cost I paid to my bike mechanic to replace the damaged spoke.

I've ridden a lot of wheels, but these are easily the best value. Great wheels at an affordable price, which is not common these days. Their customer service is also very quick to respond, despite me being in a much different time zone. And they were incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

My Drive II 50 wheels arrived and they are great. Really good looking wheels, they were well packaged and look like they cost way more than they actually cost. They ran true straight out of the box. The most noticeable thing other than the appearance is the weight, they are so light. First ride done yesterday and they feel very good. As with any new kit, it's difficult to tell if they quicker than my old ones but they certainly feel like it. Customer service was good right the way through. They took a while to arrive but this was known when I ordered them. Definitely happy to recommend them.

Finally getting some rides in on my new Elite Drive 2's. They are great so far. 50mm deep weighing 1319g with valves. Nice and true out of the box. Exceedingly stiff feel which is great for a heavier rider like myself. Still comforable with 30mm tires measuring just over 31mm due to the wide internals. Having spare spokes is a nice touch. Excited to race these this year. Thanks!

I bought a Drive 45 wheels set to race, I’m really satisfyed with them, lightness and one of the fast at all, I’ve got 2 times Catalonian 2n place in route and CRI with the same bike and wheels and 5th in Spanish route championship Master cathegory, I just can recommend it

I have purchased a disc wheels. when my purchase arriving I found some strange sound inside the wheel I expressed my concern about the safety to the seller. after checking a couple of things they sent me the new wheel. this is my impression about their services. for the wheels the trueness and balances are very precise. can't wait to put the wheels on my new 2026 frame which will be coming in a couple of months.

Wheels are awesome, but what stands out about the experience is the customer service.
