Excellent communication

I bought a juicer machine. I wasn’t happy with the product so wanted to return it for a refund. No problem at all with communication. Quick response from this company and refund organised very quickly so would definitely buy from them again.

Thank you very much for your very kind review however I am not entirely sure you have left the review for the correct company, as is evidenced by our previous reviews we are not in the habit of providing high customer service (let alone with regards to refunds) plus we don't sell juicers. However we gladly take credit and wish you all the best in finding the juicer that fits your requirements

Their website is misleading customers.

I made enquiries about the compatibility of a particle led tube and was told that they would check. The staff member then came back to me and said that they are no longer available, but the website shows them as being available and in stock.

This is very misleading

I've been waiting for this driver unit…

I've been waiting for this driver unit for well over a week. No update on shipping.
I have a job waiting to be finished the costumer is not happy.
I am not impressed with the £12 pound delivery charge.as specially when it takes so long for a small parcel
Don't think I will be coming back
