A bit of a rocky start but down to royal mail who are dyer atm in all respects. Customer Service absolutely fantastic at Elia. I actually really enjoyed my conversations with Summer, it felt like actually talking to someone who cares. People are so quick to write off companies at the slightest inconvenience but forget to give newly established or small run business's a chance and grace. Make sure you MEASURE your size to avoid the faff of replacement. We all know as women that it doesn't matter what cup and back we think we are, they change from different companies. My fit was actually perfect, comfortable and I'm feeling rather special wearing a matching fancy set. The little extras are a cute touch, but I can't believe people are leaving out stars because they didn't get the same colour bobble or one less faux petal. BE REAL you are buying lingerie everything else is a bonus. Quality is beautiful, quaint and cute little touches, I love the whole seasons theme, I just think it's a fabulous idea. And I love having something to look forward to every month. Very happy and loyal customer, I wish you all the best.

Beautiful lingerie that fits perfectly. Don’t know I’m wearing it.

Saw this company online and was sceptical but loving nice lingerie I would give it a go. Order is simple they ask sizes obviously and preference to briefs. It’s comes boxed beautifully and when opened it looks fantastic. A nice little right up with little keepsake flowers and petals that can be scattered on a bed or floor to create ambiance. There’s beautiful bra and panties and scrunchie which coordinates to your colours. This month I even had stockings in the box. It’s a real confidence boost it makes you feel fabulous and feminine. It’s top quality and well made can’t recommend enough. Thank you so much

The quality has dropped with the majority of the bras now losing the underwire. Recently the wrong pants have been sent but hopefully that will be rectified this month

Just received my first box I got a monthly subscription omg so cute and it came with so many cute little extras I got a snack body oil and a scrunchie they also put in an extender for the bra in case it needed to go up in size so thoughtful great value for money

I signed up to the subscription boxes with my usual bra size - however when it arrived the bra was too small. I contacted the customer service team who immediately asked for my measurements; replaced the order and allowed me to keep the first set which I gifted to my daughter! Very pretty styles, boxed and packaged beautifully in a pretty little box with free face cream and hair scrunchie. Feels like a real treat!

The choice is so different every month. The staff are SO helpful and lovely. Make it easy to change sizes or pause the subscription. Every bra I’ve had has been soft and gorgeous quality!

I love these boxes and the products. Just beautiful but i find the lace very hard and irritating on the waistband and where edges meet my skin. I have washed sets but the lace is quite irritating, I would love if it waa softer.

I absolutely love my subscription, the quality of the underwear is excellent. They fit perfectly and they are so pretty, I am now on my 4th box and I haven't been disappointed yet.

Started off okay with first box. 2nd box virtually identical to the first. Followed their instructions on how to cancel, in accordance with their policies. Numerous emails, no replies and still taking money- SCAMMERS. AVOID

I have received 2 subscriptions boxes so far. The quality is brilliant and they fit rather comfortably. The cute little gifts you get are amazing too - I look forward to those.
However, when you first set up your subscription, you get to choose your style and colours. I chose black and dark shades - solely for the fact I do not wear colour I only wear black. There is a disclaimer that this is preference only and they might not be able to fulfill request every time, but I only seem to receive the set of the month. Resulting in a baby pink and a baby blue set, as I said they are lovely pieces but far from black and dark shades. So just bear this in mind. I have been in touch and I have been reassured that they will try their best to adhere to my preference.
The delivery time could be better, but the quality is good enough that this is not a problem
Overall, the pieces are stunning, just be mindful as you may need to be open to new colours.
The customer service that I received regards to my issues with the colouring was great, I continued to get updated (even though I hadn’t actually seen them as the emails went to junk)

Excellent experience with Elia Boutique. Product is incredible quality especially for the price. The packaging alone was just like something from a fairytale.

Ordered my first box on 11 Mar. Despite their website claiming that orders within the UK will be sent within 1-3 days, my order (according to the Shop tracking link) hasn’t even been sent some 13 days later. I reached out to them a week ago and requested an update and they ignored me. I reached out again today but still nothing and no box!

No option to select a refund and their chatbot is AI, with no option to speak to a human, just to submit a message which hasn’t received a response either time. Clearly happy to just take the money and make it as difficult as possible to get it back in the event of no service.

The lingerie is stunning and wears lovely! I have a new fav bra! Good quality, beautiful package. Can’t recommend enough!

I initially had trouble regarding subscribing and receiving a confirmation email, but this has been rectified. Excellent customer service with a discount. This is my first purchase and I cannot wait to receive my order ☺️

This happened a while back but I recently saw comments on their instagram claiming the same experience so I decided to warn others.
I ordered two lingerie sets, one arrived, the other never did. I sent dozens of mails (at some point once a week), DMs and wrote comments on their instagram and was ignored and my comments were deleted. I know this happened to others because there were other comments. I reached out to them and they had the same experience as I did. Bad reviews didn't show on their website. Usually I never write bad reviews but I have never been treated like this by a company. Please be careful.

I recently wrote this review and deleted it because they claimed I was mistaking them and that they only existed since 2024. I checked and went to their website that they linked here and their instagram, where I still have the messages I sent them and I can confirm that, unless the page they have linked here is wrong, this is the exact page that scammed me and was called TDR-Boutique a few years back. The mail address on their website also hasn't changed since then. You wrote in your reply that you don't sell lingerie and don't have really have connections to Germany. Your website however is still available in german and your shipping/return page in german is still about lingerie/ball gowns, which, if we check your menu, you don't offer anymore. That doesn't track with your reply to my earlier review where you claimed that you only started in 2024 and only sell gift boxes. It really seems to me like you only had an overall rebranding but of course I am open for a talk and finding a solution. I genuinely hope we can solve this. Thank you.

Reading your reply hasn‘t cleared things up for me at all. It is still unclear as to why you still have the same website, mail and instagram. I still have messages from before your alleged foundation with those exact accounts, both mail and instagram. And while your english website has changed, some of the german links are still the same as before, suggesting that you didn‘t just start in 2024. Your explanation seems very unlikely and unbelievable to me.

Beautiful quality I absolutely love these sets I wanted dark colours but sometimes they give you just the opposite to what you would like they do give you a choice I thought that’s what they look to do please ask the customer before sending something they might not be happy with
