GREEN BASICS GROWPOTS COTTON WHITE
The best affordable 'eco' plastic plant pots out there. Stylish, for the price, and such a nice neutral, yet warm, soft looking white. The photos don't do the colour justice. I've used a lot of different pots over the years and these are the best in this price range that I've discovered. Lots of options regarding sizes too. Thank you.

Ordered 2 x XXL planters
Ordered 2 x XXL planters. As a result of appallingly bad inadequate packaging 1 of the platers arrived broken.
The returns policy instructs customers to drop off at local DPD pick up points. Selected the local post office & coop but both said the package was too big.
I hour of my time wasted & also a friend with car big enough to take the package. Elho seem unaware of their DPD contract terms.
Pretty amateur operation all round.Will not be using this company again.

Quick and efficient
From ordering to delivery was, as promised, 48 hours. I cannot comment on the item as it is a present for Christmas and will not be used by me.
I have always been impressed with elho products and their service is good.

Relatively low cost compared to UK purchase
Price and shipping cost to UK made my purchase cheaper than it would have been on Amazon or EBay. Perhaps took a little longer to reach me than if it was posted in the UK but that wasn't a problem.
The pots and inserts are very attractive, practical, durable, and look great.

Elho also has a spare part service. It was especially very pleasant after our dog destroyed the water level indicator of our self-watering insert. It was very easy to order the spare indicator.

The ports we ordered are really pretty! One of our pots arrived with a small damage, but the customer service quickly responded and sent us a new one.

Goods were due to arrive 27/28
Goods were due to arrive 27/28. No sign yet. No reply to email I sent querying where it is. Have received and update via email re-delivery from Interpost/dpd saying they are expecting my delivery yesterday - but no updates as yet as to if they have it it when it will be delivered. Goods were ordered on the 20th and email saying the order was in its way sent on 21st. Order was a gift and a so far 8 day wait is extremely poor.
