Element Games - Fab customer service
I’ve been a customer of Element Games for a number of years and have always found their customer service to be excellent. A recent purchase contained some broken items, no fault of EG as the items were in boxes sealed by the manufacturer, I reached out over email to Element and they immediately took corrective action to resolve the issue: no quibble, no ‘back and forth’. Customer service that you sadly don’t get very often. Keep up the good work Element Games and I’ll be back soon to buy more Hobbits.

Overall fantastic. DHL delivery was terrible.
Models, tools and paints were perfect. However delivery by DHL ECommerce who you use for delivery was horrendous. Threw outside, the box was a right mess with a hole in it. Luckily none of the loosely packaged items were not lost or damaged.
