Seemed like a preorder. Wasn't.
It was great to be able to order a GW figure on preorder day. However it was not at all clear that my order was not part of the preorder and I would not get it got 8 weeks until after I had ordered it and saw the delivery date.
"Delayed dispatch", just seemed like a normal comment for a preorder as all preorders have their dispatch delayed.
It certainly could have been clearer.

Unfortunately we were set to receive an extremely low initial stock of the Chaos Space Marines: Defiler. As such, any orders placed after this were subject to a delayed dispatch.
In order to make this as clear as possible, we did include 'DELAYED DISPATCH' in the product name and the delayed dispatch date of 01/06/2026 was reflected on the product page.

What online shopping should be
The product was beyond reasonable in price, arrived within 24 hours, came with cute little sweets and a sticker. I checked their website/store after and I am 100% coming back!

Easy to find what you want especially for someone who is easily overwhelmed. 1 suggestion could be help with the paint plan you would need for certain models. The delivery is just wow they waste no time in getting your items to you and always give you cool stickers
