Shocking business practice
I am writing to advise anyone looking for replacement radiators to avoid using this company, I approached them over eighteen months ago to supply radiators for a client and when the radiators were installed it was clear that there was a problem with all of them, on complaining to the company they accepted that there was a problem with this particular model and that they would arrange for suitable replacements to be provided, my client continued to use the radiators since they could not get their act together, however the replacements arrived it was clear that they were not the same size and it would have meant restructuring the wall mounts which their own engineers refused to do, and my client was not willing to take any more risks by touching her walls again in case more problems were to occur. After many months of negotiation it was finally agreed that a full refund would be made back to my client - however once the funds were released it was clear that a 30% deduction had been made without discussion or agreement with my client. My client had to incur additional costs to remove the wall mounts and to source new radiators from an alternative supplier and finds herself completely out of pocket due to this companies poor service. NOT the way a reputable company should conduct business

Worst customer service ever,.!!! I purchased 4 units in October 2016
was advised that it would be 6 weeks for delivery and fitting
this was delayed by 2 weeks making the fitting date 22nd December 2016, Once fitted there were nothing but issues with them, but due to
the xmas holiday period, The company were not contactable, I will not bore you all with the details but the this company left my two children with no heating all winter, which caused untold dampness issues within the property not to mention my children becoming ill with lack of warmth
The units were taken away at the end of January and I was advised that I would get a refund, today 06.04.2017, 10 weeks later I am still waiting !!! I have not received any communication from them in regard to when this will happen,.... only course of action to take is Legal
However you be the Judge, this is my experience

after two years use. entirely satisfied
We have lived in our one bedroom retirement bungalow for just over two years now, we have one Elektrostore radiator in each of our five rooms including a conservatory which we use as a dining room throughout the year we choose to manually control our radiators although they can be set to automatic if required. Our home is all electric and our direct debit charge per month is £80. We are entirely satisfied.

Excellent heating system
The installation team got the job done in a day with a couple of snags. The heaters look good and work very well keeping this cottage in the hills of North Scotland very cosy and appear to be using less electricity than the previous heaters, I will have a more accurate idea once this winter is over. Setting up the electronic controls takes a little bit of getting used to and the instructions could do with being clearer but the back up from head office cleared up any difficulties I had. I would recommend Elektrostore as being good people to do business with.

Good product
We bought some new slimline electric storage heaters from Elektrostore last year and so far they have been working very well. Our energy bill is almost half what it was this time last year so we are very pleased with the savings we have made. Also, these storage heaters have individual programmers and thermostats so they can be timed to go on and off even when we are not at home. They are very efficient and look nice too. Would highly recommend these products to anyone thinking of upgrading their old storage heaters.

Took ages for heaters to arrive
The heaters are marvellous. The company selling them is rubbish. The heaters were sent to their warehouse instead of being sent direct to me in France and they didn't know where they were! The lady said she could not ring the makers as they would not answer the phone to her. Only got a result because I kept ringing which I should not have had to do. Not a good experience at all.

It was explained to you previously that the manufacturer in Germany is unable to send the heaters to France directly, therefore they came to our Head Office in the UK to be sent on from here. We did advise you of this.
When the courier arrived to deliver the heaters you were not present. Your workmen were, but unfortunately they spoke only in French and the courier could not understand them.The heaters were brought back and another date for delivery was arranged with you. We have records to show the communication between our team and yourself so to say we did not keep in touch with you is unfair.
Thank you for choosing Elektrostore - we are sorry your experience was not as smooth as usual but bear in mind this was a delivery to an address outside of the UK which is uncommon. We cannot be held liable for issues with the courier but the heaters have now been delivered and we are glad to see you are enjoying them now. Elektrostore experience
From my first contact with Elektrostore I was impressed with the friendly, "ordinary" sounding responses to my queries. There was no pressure to buy and when I eventually decided to do so, the response was immediate. Delivery was on time. A couple of blips were dealt with immediately with no recriminations.
I am very pleased with the aesthetic appearance of the heaters and the fact that they are "movable" is to me an added bonus. Not had to put them on yet so cannot comment on their efficiency at the moment.

purchased 3 of these slimline radiators for my stone built French house. Was a bit sceptical about them. Basically run them all day/night did too keep the place warm and they did. It was the first winter where it was nice to be their. running cost seem to be ok too. so overall did everything they said they would do happy days
