I do not know where to start.
1. I was sold a faulty heater to start with and having seen a new equipment faulty from the start my customer refuse to have it installed and i asked the company to take it back for which i was told to ship it on my own which i did and i was also told that i should pay 10% restocking charges even though i do not understand how a faulty equipment is going to be restocked but i agreed hopping i will get the rest of my money but unfortunately i am yet to get the refund of the money, i had approached the company many times only to be told that they will check with their ware house and get back to me.
i regret the day i bought the item.
i do not recommend this company to no one.

Rather opaque pricing. The trade catalogue shows prices which are about 2/3rds that of the website, but nowhere in the trade catalogue does it say you have to buy in bulk to achieve those prices, merely that "Trade accounts are also available with a number of benefits, including up to 35% of RRP, early product access, special trade offers and up to 30-day credit (subject to approval)."
The prices in the trade catalogue are marked as "RRP incl VAT".
Looks like quite sharp practice to me, given that these days RRP is generally meaningless.

I bought two heaters at a cost of £1100 and both were damaged.
If it wasn’t for the fact they were loaded onto the pallet for delivery on their backs one on top of the other and damaged during transport, I would have been stuck with two damaged useless heaters. And to make matters worse they even took the damaged heaters from their obviously damaged boxes and repacked them in new undamaged boxes, to make it look more obvious that it was me that damaged them.
Yes, only because the delivery company didn’t have the sense to place the heaters on the pallet in an upright position.

Very impressed with our smart radiators.Heating our bungalow and conservatory very effectively.A little difficult to programme in at first but with a little bit of guidance from Elektro store technical advisers it is now easy.Would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of switching to smart electrical heating.

An excellent experience from start to finish. I bought 6 NovoRad Dynamic Storage heaters to replace our money consuming Dimplex Storage Heaters. I had been quoted £8400 by a leading company to install similar technology heaters and to be honest, that was way above my budget and considering their original quote was £11500, I just knew they were trying to rip me off. Elektrostore have provided me with some great looking heaters for £2500 which included 15% discount for spending over £2000. The heaters were easy to install as they either plug straight into a standard outlet or they can be fuse spurred straight into a 13 amp outlet. Each heater comes with a free room thermostat worth £90 and can be linked to a maximum of 7 heaters. I had a few problems linking one of them to a heater and Tom from Elektrostore talked me through it over the phone and sorted it within minutes. Additionally, I was sent the wrong order due to a mix up at the warehouse and they quickly picked up the heaters and delivered mine in less than 48 hours. They were professional and apologetic throughout.

The heaters and thermostats are excellent. They look modern and pump out excellent heat once the core is up to temperature (within 20 minutes). My living room was always cold in the evening time with my old storage heaters, but now I can control when my heaters come on and heat my home as required and save money.

I tested the thermostat the other evening as it was 19 degrees. From switching the heaters on to reaching a pleasant 21 degrees, it only took 50 minutes which is good as my staircase runs into the living room too so it has a lot of cubic sit space to warm up.

The heaters turned off as soon as the thermostat hit 21 degrees and transmitted the info to them. However, due to the clay core, the heaters continued pumping out heat and did not fully cool down until 2 hours after they switched off. My thermostat reached 21.7 degrees max before slowly reducing down to 20.9 degrees 4 HOURS LATER!!!!! So from less than an hour's worth of electricity used, the heaters kept my living room and landing area at a comfortable temperature for 4 hours and 50 minutes. I simply cannot fault the company or product and would highly recommend NovoRad to anyone who is considering replacing their storage heating system.

I have purposely not written a comment until I have had my heaters for twelve months. Hopefully this will be more meaningful.

I was dubious whether 2KW heaters would perform as well as a 3.4 Kw storage heaters. They do and more efficiently.

My electricity supplier tells me that in the first six months I used 31% less and in the second 6 months4% compared to 2016. I have purposely not equated it to £s because there was a price increase in April 2017.

I asked that my off peak sockets should be changed to 24 hour supply, your installers did this for me and provided the necessary paperwork. This means that I do not lose any 13 amp sockets.

I have retained my economy 7 tariff because it supplies my hot water and I have programmed my heaters to come on early in the morning so they do their harder work using the cheaper electricity.

I carefully selected the size and placement of the new heaters so no redecorating was needed.

On cold clear nights my old heaters would be storing lots of energy and if the rest of the day was sunny then they would pump out lots of the stored heat. Because we have large south facing windows we get solar gain.....Result, too much heat. My new heaters under that situation shut right off, brilliant!

I have a small solar panel array. If I take away the solar payments from my electricity bill I find the total annual expenditure on everything is £474.57 (we are all electric) Take off the winter fuel allowance ( £ 200 ) then that is a really good deal!!

Do I have any criticism? Yes just one, I wish that the display, when on, would show the temperature in the room and not the temperature set. After all, when on standby they do just that and my bathroom heater, which has a remote control is able to show the room temperature when on. I do realise that when set to auto then if I press the info. button it shows room temperature briefly. Why can’t it be the other way round, info. shows temperature set? Oh and could the display have a little flame icon to show when current is being drawn?

The rest I am afraid is nothing but praise, they are money saving, efficient, good looking. I wish that I had them sooner!
