Faulty dangerous scooters and refusal to honour warranties

I purchased a 1000w scooter 1st battery failed after 6x use of scooter had to purchase a new battery 220pounds it failed after 6weeks then got battery rebuilt at cost of 185 pounds it's now failed after 5x used on flat ground...do not buy this scooter it's rubbish.. also when you now buy scooter new you only get 1month warranty on battery avoid..now lost over 1300 pounds and scooter still faulty..do not buy one...

After numerous emails and a tracking number that got delivered 90 miles away from my address. I have given up receiving this item. Great looking website and great Instagram but horrendous customer service.

Im order and this page is scam not aswer phone messenger ...just take money and ....nothing this page is scam !

I still did not recieve my item and had no answer from the company where is my package. Tried on messenger, email and even phone

Purchased the product for my scooter and no email or message on when it will get delivered. Cannot see my login on the website. Looks like I lost my money

When it was delivered if it was delivered? Any proof of delivery company for delivery in correct address?

I ordered a few stuff then after a week of no contact I checked the reviews and seen 2 bad reviews so I assumed I have been scammed of some sort but I was wrong so wrong the company reached out and resolved the issue and my parts came today and some freebeez quality service and genuine company I’ll be back to buy more parts thanks again

The delivery was quicker and the staff good quality!

Definitely would use this in the future as it got what I was looking for and quality tyre compared to Amazon which this is better one.

I don't know what ESUK are like for bike and scooter sales, but for spare parts to replace damaged parts of an existing scooter, such as a speed controller, the lesson is DON'T do it unless you're an electronics expert and are happy to rebuild it, merrily voiding the warranty as you go.

I ordered my speed controller in July and sent it back in August. It was delivered by the Royal Mail (confirmed by tracking) but I never heard from ESUK again. It's now September. I understand that the Chinese factories change such components without notice, which makes it hard for a retailer, but, at the end of the day, fraud is fraud.

Maybe I can get my money back from Paypal because there appears little chance of getting it back from these guys.

paid for 2-3 day delivery, been over a week and still haven't received my purchase and tracking site does not work for me, but I did receive 2 emails asking for a review which is good :)

Order, never seems to get dispatched until the next day though. Always seem to be sending an email reminding the guys it says same day dispatch.

Other than that, can't fault them. 4.8 stars ;-)

They had exactly what I needed and it was delivered the very next day at no extra cost! The product was well packaged and worked an absolute treat! I couldn't have asked for better service. I will definitely be using again when needed!
