In June 2023, Ride Electric Tynemouth found time, even though fully booked, to repair my ebike. We were on a Coast to Coast ride and if the bike wasn't repaired immediately we would have had to cancel and rearrange. The staff were friendly, courteous, and their charges were very reasonable.

Hello Mark and Fabrzio, just to say thank you for your brilliant service regarding the 8tev. I bought it last Aug 22 and it's still going strong. Would recommend buying from Electric rides as really nice and friendly staff inc Mark who offered brilliant help and advice when I had issues with the Dualtron and swapped for the 8tev, once again excellent company and brilliant service.

I found it a little unstable at first as the steering is very positive.
I bought it to do my shopping as my driving licence was revoked (quite wrongly) and the short journey to the shops is possible using pavements.
The ride is a bit rough and low kerbs are a bit of a problem but it is more than adequate for purpose. It has good range and has proved very reliable to date.
As a 70+ buyer some of my issues are irrelevant to most, and the swift response by the company to my initial query was very reassuring.
Manual leaves a lot to be desired

Visited this place today and I must say WOW what a fantastic experience. Mark is an absolute star and let us try out various models in a spacious scenic setting. Brilliant customer service and the place to visit if your after an electric scooter 💯💯💯

Mark showed us a range of scooters and we were able to try them out safely. Once we decided, Mark got them built and delivered to our door. Definitely a five star experience.

I have been looking at getting an electric bike for a while and spent a lot of time reviewing the best bike to get. Electric Rides had it in stock along with the best price I could find online. I did however call and have a good chat with Mark who asked me a few questions on how often I am going to use it, how far etc. After this Mark advised on a different model which was not only cheaper but suits my needs perfectly after owning it now for a few weeks. I am now looking at buying another for my wife.

Recently bought a Cyrusher XF900 from Electric rides. Absolutely love it. Customer service was top notch and it arrived very quickly. I'm getting older and wanted something to get to work cheaper and easier and normal bikes and me don't get on. I tried a similar one of a friend's and I'm hooked now. Even my wife is considering one. As soon as she decides we are getting a fold up one.

We were looking for an electric scooter for my son, and went to Mark at Electric Rides.
