Complete scam. TradeShield is a lie.
I purchased a digital account on Eldorado.gg that was completely recovered/clawed back by the seller within 48 hours. I followed all security protocols, but the seller bypassed them. Despite having active "TradeShield" protection and an extended warranty, Eldorado's automated system closed my dispute ticket without investigating the logs or the clear evidence of fraud.
When I exercised my legal right to protect my funds by filing a dispute through my bank, Eldorado immediately permanently banned my account to cover up the issue. They protect scammer sellers over legitimate buyers. Do not trust their "TradeShield" marketing—take your business to a platform that actually investigates fraud.
