Terrible service re direct debit
Since changing bank account, I have spent the whole year from February to October trying to get Elavon to set up a direct debit for my fees for one of my merchant accounts with them. They have not done so, even though the other account is set up. I have even made a complaint and had to switch to paying manually. Now they are ignoring the payments I have made and are saying I have an outstanding balance, which was in fact paid before it was due. I have wasted so much time on them, I cannot believe how bad their service has been for something so simple

It just took my money!!!!
I ordered my swift card replacement through Opayo Evalon and they genuinely just took my money without even registering my order!!! I had to wait double the amount of time to recieve my order because I had to contact TfWM that my money was taken but my order was not put in. Don't use Evalon! Extremely unreliable.

I was working on a Sunday trying to finalise my VAT return for the quarter. I realised that I hadn't received two Invoices from Elavon. I therefore emailed asking for copies expecting to receive them in a couple of days. To my surprise Darren replied immediately and forwarded the missing Invoices. Amazing service!

Payment page not working
Rang Opayo Support as we had an issue in the application where our embedded payment page had stopped working on 02/10/25 and we could not take card payments in the contact centre. Support call answered promptly by Ross. Ross was able to inform us that Opayo was having an issue with 3rd party URLs and that was the cause of our problem. The estimate was ~2 hours to fix. Ross took my number and email address to inform me of progress on the fix. Within 2 hours I received an email informing me that the issue was resolved. We could then successfully take card payments again. Very impressed with the level of support received and the efficient, reassuring manner in which the issue was dealt with.
