Top service from a top company

I've used Elavon for many years now and have never had a problem.

Very professional and certainly gives one a sense of security for online payments. Only by virtue of my business being acquired recently, I would have remained with them for the duration.

Some of the best customer service

I was having difficulty setting up and accessing my account, and Tim was incredibly helpful. He patiently walked me through each step, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent guidance and information. His support made the whole process so much easier. Thank you, Tim, for your professionalism and great customer service!

Absolutely dreadful!!!!

Absolutely dreadful!!!!! Been trying to close my account for weeks - but they just won’t close it!!!

The staff cannot understand English - and it jut goes on and on, around in circles.

Use STRIPE instead of this company! I’ve never had such an incompetent ‘service’.

Just close the damn account!!!!!!!
