Everything worked well and swiftly. I did my purchase without any issues. Although I haven't received my package yet, I don't think the business has anything to do with it rather the cargo services. T... See more

Scammers
Scammers. I bought the wheels, paid for the wheels but I never received an update when and if the wheels would arrive. Two weeks later now and I filed a scan report at my credit card company
Edit after reply: I have already opened several support cases and contacted via WhatsApp and email and got no response. And the order is under my name so this is yet another tactic to win time
UPDATE: One month later and still no tyres nor my money back. I have been scammed out of 1500 euros

Damaged wheel! No refund!
I purchased a car wheel that looked great and I was excited to install it. The tire was mounted on the wheel and during the balancing process, before installing it on the car, it became clear that the wheel was damaged.
The damage was not obvious initially, but the wheel was bent and severely unbalanced. The packaging box was also damaged around the area where the wheel is bent, which strongly indicates the damage occurred during transportation.
I documented the issue with photos and videos of both the wheel and the damaged packaging and sent them immediately to the seller. The workshop that performed the installation validated that the damage clearly existed before installation and was caused during shipping.
Despite this, my request for a refund or replacement was refused. I expect sellers to provide products with proper packaging and quality checks to avoid such issues.

The shopping experience could be better.
The purchase experience is very average. The delivery took several days. The tires were wrapped in nylon which was worn out. The dot of the tires was 2022 while the purchase is now 2025 without any corresponding update. I paid a lot of money for this product, it remains to be seen how much it was worth.
It should be noted that a major problem remains the inability to communicate directly with a company representative.

It was my first order. It was easy to find what I wanted. The website is nice. It has a lot of reviews. I paid with PayPal and the delivery time was pretty good for the 2 tyres I ordered.
