I bought four aluminum rims from this…
I bought four aluminum rims from this site. I paid by credit card and I received an order confirmation by email. After 5 days i received an e-mail informing me that the rims were not available. The result is that it was just a waste of time trying to buy from this site, my project has delayed, and so far six days after my order my money have not be returned and I cannot continue with my next purchase. If the rims I ordered turned out to be unavailable, then any other one I would choose could be also unavailable. And when I was informed by email that the rims were not available, they did not inform me what other options were actually available in their stock.

We are sorry to read about this experience. We understand how frustrating it is to receive a cancellation notice several days after ordering, especially when your project is delayed and the refund is still pending.
If you have not already done so, please open a ticket with our service après-vente via your customer account so our team can check the status of your refund and review which alternatives may currently be available. Your remarks about stock visibility and the lack of replacement options are also very useful and will be taken into account to improve our service.

I ordered tires for my motorcycle.
One of them was three years old.
I should have been informed.
The delivery time was within the expected limits.

Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry for your disappointment regarding the age of the motorcycle tire.
As a rule, if a tire is older than 36 months or marked DEMO, this should be indicated on our website. If this was not specified, it may indicate an error and our service après-vente can verify it and provide an appropriate solution. If the tire is under 36 months old, this information is not normally displayed, in line with the strictest applicable regulations.
Since your delivery arrived within the expected timeframe, we are glad that this part of your experience went as expected. For the issue concerning the tire, please open a ticket with our service après-vente so that your claim can be reviewed carefully.
Advertised fitting price was not honoured
Advertised fitting price was not honoured
I ordered four tyres from ElastikaLeader and selected one of the fitting centres listed on their own website. The fitting price displayed by ElastikaLeader for this centre was €5 per tyre, so €20 for four tyres.
After the tyres were delivered and fitted, the garage charged €40 — €10 per tyre.
I contacted ElastikaLeader because the price shown on their website was clearly different from what their listed partner actually charged. Their response was simply that the fitting centre is an independent business and that I should deal with the garage directly.
That completely misses the point. I selected this fitting centre based on the price ElastikaLeader themselves displayed to customers on their platform. If one of their partners does not respect or update the advertised price, that is something ElastikaLeader should resolve with their partner, not pass on to the customer after the service has already been completed.
Advertised: €20. Charged: €40. ElastikaLeader refused to take responsibility for the information displayed on their own website.
Very misleading experience.

We are sorry to read about this experience and understand your frustration.
Our partner fitting centres are responsible for keeping their pricing information up to date on their profile, but a difference between the price displayed on our website and the price actually charged is clearly something that should be reviewed.
As you have already contacted our team, your case will be prioritized internally so the pricing shown for this fitting centre can be checked with the partner concerned. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve the reliability of the information displayed on our platform.

A DOT 03/2024 tire is under 36 months old, so this information is not normally specified on the product page. We indicate the DOT when a tire is over 36 months old, in line with the applicable standards, and properly stored tires keep their qualities for many years.
If the product received seems different from what was presented, please open a ticket with our after-sales service so your case can be checked carefully.
Nothing less I needed
The tyres that I ordered delivered in normal way and the item received in good condition without delay. Nothing less than I need.

BMW i3 rims
Tried really hard to find rims for my BMW i3 locally, but it turned out to be almost impossible. That's when I came across this site. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. They had plenty of options, the delivery was on time, and the whole process was hassle-free. I also really liked that they partner with local tire shops for installation, which made everything even more convenient. Overall, a great experience and I'd definitely recommend them.

Everything was perfect except for the specific workshop that would do the installation, which while in the end did a good job, initially didn't want to deal with online wheel sellers.
