We really care about every customer experience with us and aim to provide perfect customer service. We have implemented email comunication on every step of order delivery process. So email was sent to you as soon as order was shipped next day after order placed with tracking number and link to carrier. We also sent another email with shipping confirmation and invoice. Maybe these mails was lost in the inbox?
Customers can always contact us if have some questions regarding order, delivery or other anytime via email, whats app or contact form. We reply in an hour during the day or as soon as possible in the morning if contacted during the night time.
Have safe and fun rides with your repaired bicycle.

First courier lost the parts, but Elasnus Parts saved the day by a new shipment and the parts were spot on as allways.

A great online shop with a super vast assortment of spare parts for virtually anything. The team is very diligent, responsible and caring. I was looking for a pretty rare hanger nut and the guys helped me a lot with getting a right one, the contact person was very nice and detailed in his response.
