Our Septic Tank emptying was carried out very efficiently with the smaller tanker by the very polite and engaging operative who checked that the system was functioning correctly by checking the interceptor chamber as well and confirmed that all was working properly.

The engineer attending to repair was impressively knowledgeable but more importantly genuinely determined to diagnose and rectify the fault. He made a point to telephone a few hours after completing his work to check all was working. Impressive service.

Challenging job and done on time despite various unexpected discoveries at my house which has poor access. Any deviation from complaint plans was fully understood and made sure a compliant solution was put in place and fully recorded for building controls. Hassle free paperwork service also.

Sorted out smelly septic tank. Many others couldn’t. Knowledgable and easy to deal with. The problem was resolved within 24h only due to waiting on a part. The speed of work was also impressive. Highly recommend!

great for installs and upkeep
Ekoflow fitted my domestic pump two years ago. It recently began to operate intermittently. A visit was booked within 48hours, and Nathan came to fix the fault and gave the pump a total service. It's as good as new, maybe better. Ekoflow are clearly great for both installation and maintenance.
