Help with non starting mower
The response time was really quick, I was given the name of who was dealing with my request. I was helped at each stage of the unfamiliar process. I felt the responses were patient, understanding and willing to help.
The solution was successful and I was surprised how quickly I was helped.
Attentive customer service
I contacted Einhell when a part broke on an electric bandsaw I bought a couple of months ago. They replied very quickly, spoke to the engineers who were able to send a new part out. Dropped one star only because there was a delay while waiting for an update from the engineers, but happy with the service nonetheless.

I had a problem with my Einhell…
I had a problem with my Einhell Cordless All purpose saw which was a couple of months out of warranty. I contacted Einhell and they arrange for me to return it for a repair, then I got a message to say they were replacing it with a new replacement. From returning it and getting it replaced was about 5 days which is excellent service. I think most companies would have said sorry its out of warranty tough luck.
I cannot praise Einhell enough for their help in sorting out my problem.

I had a problem with my Einhell battery lawnmower. one of the batteries would not charge. I rang the customer services and spoke to Emily who had a heart of gold and the patience of a saint. She talked me through filling in the warranty claim form on line. waited until I had sent it, checked it and told me it was all ok. The delivery van was ordered for the next day to the faulty item.

Really helpful (Emily) and went to great lengths to resolve my problem with a part of my hedge cutter.
I had a defective garden shredder…
I had a defective garden shredder within it's two year warranty. I mislaid my receipt but einhell offered to repair and resulted in them sending a new replacement.
Repaired my chainsaw really quickly.
When my chainsaw went wrong they collected and repaired it very quickly.
The staff were very polite and helpful I could not fault them which is unusual in this day and age.

I had a small issue with my Cordless Lawn Mower GE-CM 43 Li M after it had run fault-free for over two and a half years. The product itself is solid and works very well, and the issue was handled quickly and smoothly. Customer support was helpful and responsive, which made the process easy and stress-free

The key supplied was the incorrect part. The service department sent out the correct part immediately and it arrived the next day. First class customer service from Emily.

We had an issue with our sump pump. The issue related to the float which acts as the on/off switch. We contacted the company directly and they were great. Very responsive. They dealt with the issue swiftly and without fuss. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I had an issue with my Einhell electric chainsaw. I contacted the Customer Service Team by email who gave me a ref number.
The item was collected and the very next day I received an engineer's fault report. The fault on the item was rectified and returned to me promptly.
I was kept informed of the progress by the Customer Service Team at every stage of the process. Infact, I would go as far as to say that dealing with Einhell was second to none.

Using a single power source makes life so easy - from cleaners, lamps, mower, glue-gun, and so on.
Quality and reliability are my main demands for any product or service, and would immediately abandon such if let down. That will never happen with Einhell, I feel.
