Arrived very quick, will definitely shop again!

Terrible service and no response to queries at all afterwards. I ordered a £450 pair and received the wrong size. They didn't respond to my request for an address to send them back to. I sent over 30 emails. There was no contact phone number for me to call. DO NOT USE.

From the time I placed the order until I finished paying it was an excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service! I was very happy with the level of service I received. The website was very easy to navigate and find what I wanted. Payment was easy and delivery was exactly as I expected. My partner was very happy with her birthday present.

Purchased a pair of low top jordans from this website and had a bad pair send out to me. There was foam sticking out near the laces and were threads coming out. I payed £150 and it came with a sticker on the inside saying £75!!! I wouldn’t mind if it was a mistake and would replace them for me , however this was not the case there communication is awful and is clearly computer generated . They claimed all jordans are made like this so it would not class as a defect however the photo they used to advertise them did not have the same problem as mine . They were also ignoring my messages!! I purchased from them once before this and had no problems , but with not be purchasing again

Absolutely awful! Ordered a pair of Jordan’s on the 26th of December. No dispatch email. 2 and a half weeks later I’ve emailed about 20 times. No response no customer service contacts on the website absolutely shocking. Put a post up on fb wondering if anyone has the same experience. Heard loads of bad reviews. Went onto there fb commented on a post explaining my frustration asking if someone could contact me. They proceeded to restrict me from their Facebook page!!!! I was absolutely furious I commented on a post on their Instagram they removed that!!! I’ve messaged them so many times on Facebook and Instagram too. Nothing back. Finally sent 1 last message on Instagram explaining I will be happy to share publicly the shocking customer service and the experience I and many others faced with there selves. Just after that I got a dispatch email ! How ironic. Do not waste your money or risk wasting money and buy from here!
