Unfortunately there are occasions where traffic or other incidents can extend that estimated time. Waiting 1 hour for a resource is well within the industry standard time to attend.

I am writing this email to thank you for some great service I received yesterday.
I was due to have my motorcycle transported yesterday but my time slot kept getting put back because you guys were very busy, my slot went from 8.30am to 1.30pm but I explained to the lady on the phone that i had to go to work and the lady on the phone (I think her name was jenny) pulled out all the stops to get the driver to me as quick as possible and kept calling me back to keep me updated.
I have to say the level of service she gave me was Fantastic and top draw, i can imagine the nature of this company means these ladies jobs are quite difficult, so for her to go above and beyond was what saved my day, so thank you again jenny.
